I have gained exceptional experience working with them to manage the commercial team of estimators, cost engineers, and purchasing officers. As a design and build company I worked along with design team and project management team for new build and refurbishment projects within the central London.
As a commercial manager I was directly worked with the company CEO to optimize the marketing strategies and maximize the sale by grabbing opportunities from new markets. As a team leader, I have designed the required processes and assembled and trained a commercial team of estimators, cost engineers and purchasing officers to match the company requirements. At SJH, as a senior quantity surveyor, I managed Three residential projects with total value of £8M. I was assigned to take over these projects’ accounts, in later stage of the projects and provide final accounts to be submitted to the clients and attending meeting to resolve issues.
I was responsible to review the sub-contractors accounts and complete the commissioning and final accounts stage. The main challenge was that a huge number of disputes for variations and extension of times, left to the last part of the projects and I had to dig into all contracts and sub-contracts, original and revised drawings, instructions, RFIs, emails and programmes to stablish a strong dispute management. Successfully, all three projects settled down and completed with exceptional results.--

At ASME I was working along with the commercial team as a quantity surveyor and estimator on structural steel frames fabrication & installation projects. I was working on new build and refurbishment projects with values ranged from £300k to £8M. The works were included Structural steel frame fabrication and installations, temporary works, rib decking and facades.
Within ASME I had a chance to work on many well-known projects such as Victoria Albert Museum refurbishment, Shard CAD 5, Madame Tussauds star war extension, Oxford St Market place Aldo Building, a commercial building extension and refurbishment and etc. My involvement with these projects, as a quantity surveyor, allowed me to work closely with top main contractors, companies such as mace, ISG, Colins, Coniston construction, etc. I was preparing valuations and variations accounts and was attending progress and dispute resolutions meetings with these main-contractors and their experienced commercial manages and PQes which I learned a lot from them and gained a priceless experience which I could use them efficiently, later when, I start working for main contractors--
