? Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of NCR Automated Teller Machine (ATM) for different clients and 24 hours support management for these ATMs. ? ATM Software configuration & installation. ? Plans for testing ATM devices to ensure requirements are fully met. ? Recommend enhancements of spares and toolsets available to prompt customers’ supports. ? Replace/Repair ATM spare & using soldering tools. Also repair faulty spares to make those usable. ? Provide Level 3 field support (last line of defense) of key strategic ATM roll outs/upgrades. ? Check customer engineer activities and maintenance reports. ? Maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) for ATMs. ? Hardware and Software solutions of NCR ATM Machines and peripherals. ? Planning the portfolio of ATM maintenance and taking decision on critical technical issue. ? Maintaining the communication with corresponding bank’s IT personnel.--
