Insurance Process Redesign –Healthcare is a web based solution that provides the new Healthcare functionality to the ORS business. This covers the full life cycle of the Michigan ORS healthcare- from enrollment to final payment of all allowable benefits. This is a new Enterprise Application platform designed to provide Michigan Retirement Systems more timely and efficient member services by streamlining and automating business processes. This project provides all health care functionality as desired by the business and also generates many reports in SQR, spreadsheet and pdf format. It provides automated payment correction after monthly payroll processed check for retiree.--

MyNetapp is the main application of NetApp which interacts with other applications. It is a portal based application. There are three tabs (pages and books): Home, My Workbench and Sales Edge. All tabs contain different portlets. Under Sales Edge tab (Book) there are four tabs (pages): Home, Advance the Sales Process, Sales News and Sales Team. Each tab is having portlets. Each portlet contains different information for e.g. Wins Portlet on Home page of Sales Edge tab contains all the information of the customers of NetApp. It is also used to add new customers (Add Win) and to search the customers (Search Win). Search results can be saved into an Excel Sheet which is an additional feature of the application. HRAF (Human Resource Action Form). The application is basically interacted by HR people or managers for enrolling new employees by hiring or terminating existing employee. The application automates the process of hiring a new employee, terminating an existing employee, modifying an employee information, signing up for upcoming trainings, changing cubes, changing the name & address, replacing the access cards/badges and purchasing IT HW/SW. Email notifications are sent to concerned persons once the request is processed. CED (Central Employee Directory). An application is responsible for employee and location search facility for all the employees. A number of other applications used to interact CED for employee records through few APIs. CED provides UI for each search of employee record, location details and modification of employee data. OIM (Object Identity Management) and PeopleSoft interacts CED to update employee data. This application serves as a service provider to other J2EE application like HRAF and MyNetApp. There are different Links on the index page of the application--
