Highlights:My career highlights include but not limited (since i am still learning and gaining more experiencing) to the Clinical Skills and Experience i possess which include: Specificity is key: 1, I have the the expertise and patience to provided direct patient care to both kinds and adults with diverse needs, including elderly, chronically ill, and those with disabilities, ensuring personalized and compassionate support. 2, Successfully set-up the european hospitals nutrition department and mentored alot of fresh graduate the yearly comes for their attachment and apprenticeship program. 3, Have a community health certificate, nutrition officer certificate aside the numerous workshop certificate in relation to roles i have played (Family planning and pregnance preventions workshops, working with the USAid's health care provision for the LGBT+ team in Takoradi among others) .Mention relevant certifications: 4, I have an experience in area set-up for remote health care provision and office set-up from nothing. 5, Equally possess Soft Skills in health delivering software systems, MS-office suite and other other related softwares like HAMS-Ghana 6, Perfect team player and a leader. i effectively collaborated effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes in all words at Takoradi-European Hospital. 7, Good Communicator and a negotiator: I have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange. I understand and share the feelings of patients and their families, providing compassionate care. 8, Well know at the hospital for my good problem-solving skill which helps me improving patient care and safety. 9, I am always calm and focused in challenging situations, maintaining high-quality care. 10, I use every given opportunity to learn and acquire new skills. 11, i am currently a member of the Ghana Nurses and Midwifery Association as well as an active contributor of the Ghana Allied Health Association.

Goal:My career goal goal is to currently graduate from all the courses i am currently running and advice to be come a specialized professional and contributions to the healthcare system. I am looking forward to advancing into a leadership roles like a departmental head or healthcare administrator and later in the future venture in to health education and teaching and finally retire while running my private facility in Africa.
