Highlights:One of my proudest career highlights was during my time at INEC, where I resolved a major IT issue caused by a faulty CrowdStrike update that triggered BSOD crashes across multiple Windows systems. Under pressure, I created a quick diagnostic plan, booted affected systems into Safe Mode, and manually removed the faulty update via the Windows terminal, successfully restoring over 20 desktops in less than 90 minutes with zero data loss. It was a defining moment that showed my ability to troubleshoot under pressure, act independently, and protect productivity at scale.
