Highlights:Initiated my career in 2000 in General Motors Mexico as an assistant for the Dynamometers lab working to reduce and control the humidity inside the chamber to reduce variation on test results On 2001 I moved to Delphi Design Center where I worked as a product engineer also called design release engineer for body control modules and key fobs, responsible for designing and validating the enclosures and brackets for BCMs and PCMs, also worked on design and development of Fobs and passive key-less entries In 2005 I was promoted to the position of new product development engineer based in Troy, Michigan where I worked on next generation of body control modules and key fobs, having direct contact with OEMs providing technical presentations as well as customer negotiations, supplier quotes, initial DFMEAs and validation plans In 2008 I left the company to achieve a personal endeavor of incursioning into the Motorsports industry becoming a full time student in Jim Russell Motorsports mechanical training program where I worked as a mechanic on two Formula 3 cars, tasks included race set up, maintenance and repair of damages on these two cars. I also had hands on training on the theory, creation and use of composite materials. In 2009, I went back to the automotive industry working as a program manager for Federal Mogul wiper systems where I successfully establish a new product line to support a new wiper business for GM. In 2010, I joined Nidec Automotive systems as a Product Engineering team leader, where I have been working since then on global projects for Brush DC electric motors for the Anti-Lock Brake systems used over different platforms, coordinating activities of design, validation and release of two programs for Continental as well as cost reduction activities and design improvement initiatives
