Rate and Review David Ware

Our company has used David Ware's firm for 9 years. He has worked on approximately 45 cases during this time. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and very professional.Some of our cases have been very complicated and he has always found a solution to reslove them successfully. We have been sable to get green cards for every employee that has gone through the process. I would definitely recommend him.

We have worked with Mr. Ware on a relatively unusual immigration scenario (an O-1 visa for a scientist who is not eligible for a greencard). From the beginning, Mr. Ware and his associates have been responsive, realistic, and competent. The up-front fee was considerably more reasonable than those quoted by other firms. Mr. Ware himself answered all e-mails addressed to him, even though the case was handled by a more junior (albeit no less competent) member of the firm. Best of all, our story does have a happy ending: the petition was approved within a couple of weeks of submission. We fully intend to use their services again for visa renewal.

worst immigration lawyer i have been through they work like at snails pace if you go through them it will take you twice the time to get your green card.i would never refer them to anyone at all

I have used Mr. Ware's services since 2007 for different immigration needs ranging from H1b work visa filings, Labor certification, Perm to AOS I-485 filing. The process and the outcome have always been the same: approval of the case. Mr. Ware' Firm staff have been always very courteous, easy to communicate with, hard working and effective. I would highly recommend Mr. Ware's services with no hesitation .
