Biography:Barry was a member of Gamma Sigma Alpha Academic Honors Society and completed his undergraduate studies at Longwood College earning a Bachelor of Science degree. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Regent University School of Law and is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the United States District Court for Eastern District Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Barry is also a member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section and Section of Litigation), the Virginia State Bar International Practice Section, and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Barry is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management, where he serves on the Board of Directors, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.
