My company (a large company) had this lawyer as its corporate lawyer and kicked them out. Simmons and ungar is a very unprofessional law firm. It is a corporate immigtaion law firm for my company for immigration matter. Despite being officially affiliated with my company they never properly answers phone calls, their answers to emails are always delayed to alsmot all employees. Email answers are either very short and useless OR they just copy and paste 7-10 page long generic FAQ list which have many duplicate itemsand you may still not find your answer. This has been experience of almost everyone in my company. Almost everyone who filed labor in EB2 and EB3 they got RFE. Lawyer never explained the RFE to employees and most of Labors got rejected. RFE are being recieved on EB1 & EB2 filed by this lawyer and he is not providing any details regarding those too. They have huge amount of work piled up and are grossly understaffed. Despite that chief lawyer Michael Ungar and other senior lawyers seem to be on frequent and long vacations many times.They care about you only until they get your check and ignore you. after that.
