I hired S.Rizneck after my wife received a 10 yr. bar for illegal re-intry. He got my attention after reading a statement on his website stating (if your case can't be won I will not take on case.)And also stated I will always return call by 24hrs. Bogus because after I payed his high fee of $5000.00 US. dollars his law firm dragged their feet in returning calls. I waited for almost 4 years before writing this review. I did most of fact finding and filling out paperwork, and making the appointment for a visitor visa that he steered me into. It was a lost cause trying to get a 212d3 visitor visa . The paperwork that Steven Rizneck assistants typed up to present to the American Council General(Guadalajara Mx.) did not even look at the papers because it was wrong procedure to produce these papers. She was denied visitor visa in her home country and sent home crying. This law firm I have paid did nothing towards my case just took money and stated he has worked long and hard on my case. As a lawyer he should have know that on a 10 yr. bar their is not anything that can be done, only a act of congress. This I know because I myself contacted my congressman for help on my own. I also set up on my own a meeting with USCIS to see all that can be done for my wife. I am a US citizen born and raised . VERY UNSATISFIED
