I received my PhD in the department of Industrial and Systems Engineering with Human Factors concentration at the University at Buffalo. With a background in human factors engineering, I am interested in bridging the gap between systems, services and the users. My dissertation focuses on designing feedback system for SAE level 3 driving automation, and I have gained experience in experimental design and utilizing different statistical methods for data analysis to better understand driver behavior and performance.
