Took the lead in Palladium’s participation within a consortium of international partners: Chemonics International and University Research Company, URC to execute a USAID-funded HRH2030 Program (Human Resources for Health in 2030) in Jordan.
. The roles included providing the following IT services aiming to maximize the usage of HRH data in health care services provided by the Ministry of Health: - Elevated the Ministry of Health's HR data quality to meet industry standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability in decision-making processes. - Supported the seamless transition of the MOH IT department from outdated legacy HR systems to the unified HRIS, preparing and cleansing data records of 55K employees, both current and former, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. - Strengthened the integration and coherence of the unified HRIS within the broader HRH2030 framework, ensuring its alignment with key components such as the WISN tool, Health Profession Licensing, and Continuous Profession Development initiatives. - Played a pivotal role in supporting the development, testing, and rolling out of the online WISN tool across 14 Health Directorates and the MOH Headquarters, advocating data-driven HRH planning to enhance workforce allocation and service delivery. - Spearheaded the development of a comprehensive dashboard to monitor the progress of 78 National Health Workforce Accounts, aggregating data from 25 diverse health bodies in Jordan. Presented the dashboard as a practice model in a similar USAID-funded project in Indonesia.--
