Skills: Minimum 3-5 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing/laboratory setting
Experience working on facility utility equipment required
HVAC experience required
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Managment System (CMMS) - SAP preferred Education: 2 Requirement: EPA Section 608 certification to work on refrigerant systems preferred
Special boiler operating license or greater is preferred
Experience working in a regulated industry, pharmaceutical strongly preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to solve complex problems, to properly assess risks, and make decisions accordingly
Experience working with manufacturing and laboratory equipment
Experience working in clean room environments
Ability to work with manufacturing and process engineers to report and resolve system level equipment failures
Self-starter
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Follow procedures as written
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
Resourceful and flexible in finding ways around constraints

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair work on facility, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building management/control, and other installed systems and associated equipment.
Perform maintenance and repair work on manufacturing and laboratory equipment.
Understand equipment and methods of operation, including but not limited to manufacturing/process equipment, BMS/BAS, fire/life safety, purified water, environmental monitoring, and other systems.
Train the end user staff (operations and line-leaders) on the maintenance of the manufacturing lines
Review SOP of maintenance of the manufacturing lines
Support Capital Projects and Facility Expansion initiatives
Support afterhours facility needs, and activities as required
Support investigations and corrective/preventative actions of deviations/non-conformances
Maintain compliance to all applicable ordinances, codes and regulations
Comply with safety procedures and requirements including LOTO procedures, documentation, and hazard materials control
Coordinate and supervise services given by vendor and suppliers
Supports Engineers in change or improvement program
