-be able to manage a full case load Requirement: These position require the canditate to be admitted to the New York State Bar. Description: The firm represents the families of students with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Associate attorneys will litigate these special education cases, after receiving training. Hearings are done remotely.The firm is seeking to grow in a controlled fashion to meet the enormous need for our services.
We are willing to hire foreign attorneys to work remotely, and are willing to apply for H1-B visas for candidates. Even if the H1-B application is unsuccessful, remote work is still available.
The firm will consider applications of New York State Bar members located in the U.S. that have an immigration status that allows them to work legally in the U.S.
