commentThey hired me and kept on delaying start date and refused to pay me my salary, they must have got consultant with cheaper rate and started harassing me. They are LIARS and Con artist, they asked me to give my previous employer week notice and wanted me to join the project ASAP, once i did that they stopped answering my phones AND kept on delaying the start date, i realized they got consultants with cheaper rates so they just screwed me. They are UNETHICAL PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY DIGNITY AND MORALS. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOU IN CONFIDENCE AND JUST PLAY WITH YOUR FUTURE.

commentThey will call you,lure you regarding the opportunity,suck your blood till you answer their calls and send the required documents but would not bother to update whats happening. No proper flow of information amongst the employees within the organization.
I do not know how these people run an organization which doesnt value a resource on whom they get money.Highly unprofessional way of handling consultants.
Not to forget, the recruiters dont know what benefits the company offers. if any questions are asked they would jus say " we will call you back gimme 10 mins"
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM!!!!!

Simply put- they are a turn-and-burn organization, with no intention of making good on what they claim to offer.
...After nearly 15 years of being a professional Oracle Database Administrator, I was contacted by 4CI to briefly provide my services for a major client in Jacksonville Florida.
I had spent nearly $4000 of my own money to travel to Jacksonville, in an effort to help their client with a difficult technical problem that they were having.
Almost as soon as I had arrived, I mysteriously got a phone call stating not only that I was no longer needed (ok, so no big deal), but more importantly, that they would not reimburse my basic travel expense.
Moreover, this was not the first time. On a previous occasion, I had been contacted by them to go work for a client in Houston, had booked travel, and then had them cancel at the last minute.
So, again- no big deal; if the client is not in need of my services, then they don't need them.
BUT, despite all due diligence to absolutely ensure that my technical skills were up to snuff, the issue comes up around the fact that their entire objective is to just get ANYONE in the door, irrelevant of whether they will work out or not, and then to bill the client at an exorbitant rate, all while leaving the contractor high and dry.
We saw enough of this type of behavior back before the dot-com bubble burst, and don't need to keep perpetuating it.
CAVEAT EMPTOR; if you are considering the use of 4CI, PLEASE think again- you may well be better off using a *truly* professional consulting firm like Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.

commentI have been working at 4 Consulting Inc. as full-time for more than a year. It gives the great flexible environment of work and exposure to enhance the skill set enables the employee to established in IT world. This company is very usefull for new employee or who has genuine experience. They took me on board in 2 weeks time as per their promise. Frankly speaking , people who are not technically sound or try to portrait fake CV's are the ones who are never employer thats what happened with one of my friend he just have 6 months of genuine experience but presented a fake resume, one of the 4CI senior recruiter urged him to send the genuine profile but he refused to do so and in the end he is still unemployed. If you are technically sound and willing to learn new technologies then 4CI is the correct employer for you. I would highly recommend 4 Consulting Inc. to those IT guys who actually have real time experience and knowledge.

commentNever believe in this company anytime! I was interviewed and given an offer with start date. 1 day before the start date I was told by 4CI to take another interview on a requirement that is altogether different from the previous one. I was told not to report to work since the client was thinking about it and had not made their decision. Since, I had already resigned from my job it took more than a week to join another company. 4CI never came back nor honored their offer. 4CI is hurtful with a selfish heart and tiresome challenge. Never make the mistake of accepting their offer anytime. If you are already employed it is time to move on.
