Terrible process and communication, typical outsourced "IT consulting" business.

Promised a visa, everything at personal cost. Goes through the process to acquire the visa, past through everything except for the documentation required by the US embassy that needed to be provided by the company detailing the work, and they never came back with it.

A very dodgy company. There should be a way to tell the US embassy to be careful with the company.

Would not recommend anybody to do any business with these people. Shady at best.
Venkat - 7/30/2014 - I agree, paying for your visa is illegal, they tried to get my friend to do this and he walked, very bad, dont use company at any cost.

- Decent company - - C Shekar - 3/19/2013 - flag as inappropriate - comment
It is a very decent company and very straight forward in their dealing with employees. Had worked for Indian consulting companies and some desi staffing companies in the past who totally screwed up my Green Card process. Glad joined cyberThink and recently got my Green Card after the immigration team helped me in porting from EB3 to EB2. They have an Inhouse Lawyer and paralegals which helps a lot in getting your immigrant petitions filed on time. They have the practice of filing H1b amendment whenever project changes. I was kind of worried about amendment filings in the beginning but after hearing about site visits I felt this practice is better than the USCIS officer not finding you in the original work location. Just wanted to share my honest thoughts since I suffered the hard way in my stint with earlier companies.

Was referred to cyberThink by another friend who has his green card currently being processed by them. Very good company; responds to your queries in a timely manner. Pay is on time (every 2 weeks; direct deposit). Offer all kinds of benefits available, but, of course, if you want better rate per hour, then its upto you to opt-in or opt-out of benefits scheme. Marketing team is relatively good; I've a Masters and around 2-3 years of experience so I cannot talk about people looking for jobs while in OPT.

Overall, very good. My first (and, I hope) and only experience with a desi consulting company.

Oh, before I forget : their legal team is THE best available, as good (if not better) than even many big MNCs. (really - coming from my experience).

Anyone have any questions about cyberThink or want to know more, please email me at kach1947@gmail.com
      - 9/20/2012 - Really...did they pay you to say this...they have stupid people in immigration who screw up things so badly that you will get RFE for simple reasons and they dont even respond and are not transparent.

Their immigration lawyer (V......) he is not reachable at all...

Becuase of those dumb idiots i had to leave the country.... - flag

I was involved with cyberThink for almost two years, and I had very benefiting and learning experience. I was in contact with my dedicated recruiter, he is highly professional person with to the point approach. His every action was intended to achieve desired results. Similarly my reporting manager was one of the best mentor I have ever had. He offered his help in every situation and showed me positive sides of problems which boasted me to face them with courage. I also had contacts with HR and Immigration people, and they were extremely professional and proactively helpful. I am thankful to entire team of cyberThink for giving me nice time and highly learning experience in my career. I wish entire organization best of luck and success.

- Better than any other Indian IT Consulting Companies - - Nirav - 2/2/2012 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I have joined Cyberthink as an experience IT professional and was working for them. They have transferred my L visa to H visa. I have inquired before with few of my friends who are working or were working with Cyberthink and I have got good reviews from them.I had a dedicated recruiter from Cyberthink and he was available on his cell any time I call him. Cyberthink has very good recruiting team and I was also allowed to do the marketing myself. The recruiter was handling the other vendors tactfully without loosing them when conditions are not favorable. After joining Cyberthink, I was never worried about my pay. I was paid on time and the same amount which I have negotiated at the time of joining. They have good and experienced legal team to solve any of your visa related legal matters or Green card related matters. They pay 100% bench salary which is not the case with most of the indian consulting companies except big companies. Their benefit structure is like big Indian IT companies. I heard from many others that they pay less salary than market rate which was not true in my case but it is always better to get the salary on time whether you have a project or you are on bench. I have researched with so many other consulting companies who file H1B for you, they never pay bench salary or 10%/20% of salary when you are on bench. Cyberthink pays all your expenses related to your job search like flight ticket, accommodation , etc if you need to go for face to face interview. I would highly recommend Cyberthink.

Hi

I am working with this company from last 8 month. I am telling you my personal experience with company and staff members.
Marketing Staff is not great but ok for doing marketing and getting the job(It can do better than you..!!), Second salary they offer with very big gap(60-40%)ratio. They do pay time to time, I have a many frds who work with this company no complain with bench pay or salary all time to time, but just it less. You got a always fight for raise the pay. Our all benefit is fine. I can recomm this company who are beginners. Note for management : Wake up and Change mgmt style and pay rate..." I do not understand why mgmt is not understand one simple concept that " Egg is better than full chicken".
