commentY&L aka Yash & Lujan is BOGUS company. All lies and they will create horrible situations in your life. Even threatening to take your life. Y&L partner (name LUJAN as it appears in the company name) ends with LUJAN. Please don't believe them, all lies.
They say they have sister company name "Sistema Technologies" that is BOGUS as well.
There is a person called "meena@ylconsulting.com" she will screw your life .
Seriously don't join this "Y&L Consulting" & "Sistema Technologies". Please beware of them.

commentI was contacted by a lady from yl consulting (email id : meena@ylconsulting) about sponsoring my H1B visa.
I researched about the company online and it seemed legitimate so I paid them to file my H1B.
1. The minute my money was in their account this lady's tone changed drastically. She wouldn't reply to my emails and didn't provide me any updates on my petition for a long time.
2. They wouldn't send me even a photocopy of any document that would prove that they'd filed my petition.
3. Then one day she emailed me saying my petition wasn't picked in the lottery and that I'd get a check for the refund money minus the attorney's fees ($1200). I asked her to send me at least a softcopy of any document that'd prove that my petition was filed and it wasn't picked in the lottery. She said we don't provide any proofs and that I should "trust" them!
4. Now it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for my refund!
It was partially my fault too. I should've met this person and I should've visited the company too.
So I would suggest you to be very careful while paying a consultancy to file your H1B. Verify everything, personally visit the company, ask them what all documents they will provide you as proof that your petition was filed.
No matter how nice they may seem, verify everything thoroughly! And it goes without saying - don't go with YL consulting.

Never ever think of joining this company. They literally showed me the hell. Company staff (immigration, HR, payroll)is one of the worst living creatures on earth, they dont know anything. They guys sucks the money. their gc process is too slow they just kill the time so that you can associate with them as long as possible. they dont pay your full salary monthly you will get only lca salary in hand rest amount you will be paid after 3 months..wow... most important you will get your salary after five week. they dont have single project with them so you have to search project by your own. literally a mental torture. -
