The company maintains a business practice of hiring laborers at below market value, and trains them to be nothing more than "yes men". If they do not comply, they are fired. The employee turnover rate is approximately 4 - 10 people per 8 months, based mainly on whims of site senior management. The organization uses bullying and humiliation tactics to keep employees in-line, including taking pictures of you behind your back, and using it to humiliate you in a group safety training.

The humiliation tactics were used on VETERANS of the U.S. Military, members of the Canadian Military as well as September 11 first responders.

When employees mention poor safety issues, they are talked down to during their lunch breaks, and use a "safety" program that does not allow an employee to explain any actions or behaviors.

Senior management "demands" to be treated with respect.

The radio communication program is used to verbally berate and harass employees throughout the site, using vulgar and offensive language.

Multiple employees have been injured or killed at their facilities. The ones who are injured are called at home and asked to report to work so legitimate OSHA safety complaints do not have to be filed. This company has one of the worst OSHA records for a company of its size.

On multiple occasions, employees are asked to violate CFR guidelines for different types of hazardous and carcinogenic materials. Material processing is done inside poor visibility buildings.

The only reason the senior site management will do ANYTHING for the workforce is if the government FORCES them to or a big money client has a similar business practice.

Unfortunately, I cannot give negative stars on this company.
