They provide a low job title and low salary for recently graduated students. They favor racism and will make you work like a machine. They make it manadatory to work on Saturdays and extra hours in weekdays They are cheap and take advantage of your visa status by paying low. Avoid filing H1B and green card with them. I have a very good relationship with people who got stuck there for their entire life because of visas.
