They are the worst company on the face of this earth. They never answer any calls or pay the pending balance on time. If you really want to get into consulting avoid this. They're only worried about the 20% you make them and on top of it they don't pay on time. You have to follow up with them on continuous basis. I'm masking my name because I'm afraid if they'll never pay me my balance.

There are 100's of consultancies. This is not the one you'd want to work for. If you're working with them now try to run the entire paycheck. They withhold some money from your monthly paycheck and run as bonus for three months. This is the money they'll scam. Incompetent company and management.

Don't pay you at all or delay it as much as they can. Literally you have to beg for your own hard work salary. Please do some more research before joining this company.

If you are thinking even to file your H1B through Singular Analysts Inc/Mergen IT Inc. / Narvee Tech Inc., then I would strongly advice don't even think about it. This is a junk company and CEO doesn't know how to communicate properly. Madhavaneni Sreedhar or Sreedhar Madhavaneni is the CEO of the company and this fellow will never pay to consultant's and nor to the employees. Sridhar is A very irresponsible and money making person with all fraud promises. These people are just fond of money more than anything and their behaviour is worst beyond any comparison. They dont share anything ,they dont take up the calls.no information and above all rudeness and recklessness at its top! This BIG FRAUD consultancy and the guy Sreedhar is illiterate and stupid. do not apply H1B from this consultancy. Sreedhar doesn't have any respect towards men or Women and he will not talk to you properly. they doesn't have any direct clients.SHUTDOWN YOUR CONSULTANCY AND GO BACK. YOU ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING: i still wonder how US welcoming these kind of people. There is one "so called manager Charan" calling himself as the manager is the mannerless and mean person I have ever seen!
