commentThis is a company owned by a man and his wife that is a spin-off of another company called Allied Inspections. The man used to manage Allied Inspections.
The company sends out inspectors to look for problems that could result in insurance claims if a company issues a policy. The requirements for inspectors always seemed to be minimal. They get very little, if any, training. They don't get compensated very well. The result is frequently a very poor report that a "reviewer" has to try to fix.
Reviewers are also not well paid. The stress level is high because there are a large number of conditions you monitor, comments that must be worded "just right," adjustments to diagrams, a slew of "priority" reports, and constant demands for production. There is also an incredible amount of mandatory overtime.
Be skeptical of any reviews saying this is a great job. Management here has its favorites, who might receive good treatment, but that is not true for the majority of the employees.
