I recently had the opportunity to get in touch with the RSRIT firm, and the experience with H1B visas has been very positive. The team is knowledgeable and answered all of the questions regarding the process. The entire process was managed efficiently and they were always available to answer our questions. Furthermore, they kept me informed throughout the entire visa application process.

The company made sure to explain all of the requirements for the visa application, as well as ways of improving our chances of getting approved. This included tips on how to correctly complete the application forms, the necessary papers to collect, and the timelines associated with the process. I worked for RSRIT for more than 12 years and I never had any issues with finding a new job, learning a new skill ( they provide free certification programs), getting my H1-B visa extended ( I have got approved for 4 H1b with no issues) etc. They are very professional to work with, you would get your pay on-time ( with no delays), 401k enrollment, they do proper paper for H1B extension, green card process etc. I have seen people from other companies told to delay/pause their green card filing process when their dates became current couple of years back, but RSRIT HR management is very professional and they did my filing on-time. When i got my green card they were so happy for me. Overall it's a great company to work for and I would like to thank RSRIT management for their great commitement towards my whole 12 years of IT carrer with them, Special thanks to HR team.

He asked me, why are you writing on Linkedin about corrupt bodyshops? 1 He tries to trap my follower F1 student 2 a victim told me, victim did not get salaries on H-1B while working with client. victim left company. 3 another victim even filed a law suite against this company. Be away from this company if you want to be alive and safe.

RSRIT was referred to me by one of my friends. It has been a very good journey with them so far. This will be my 6th year with RSRIT and I never had issues with pay/benefits , visa processing will be done on time and HR team is very good in responding to your questions. I worked for Reliable for 4 years as a Senior Developer. In a moment I was about to return to my country, I transfer my H1B visa from former employer and later I started my GC process with Reliable. I worked in different contracts, and my visa was extended until I finally got my GC. Health insurance was expensive, but apart of that, I have no complains. Everytime a contract ended, a recruiter was taking care of marketing my profile and getting interviews. Communication with HR was always respectful and honest.

RSRIT was referred to us by one of our colleague while I was working at TCS. They had been so incredibly professional. They have proven to be very trustworthy employer who make good recommendations and deliver consistently what ever they said. We found their immigration knowledge and decisions to be worth every dollar. We have been working together for almost 2 years from when the pandemic started and they have always been excellent, both professionally and personally.

I was so frustrated about what happened to me and don't know why they run the company with these ineligible experienced people. RSRIT hr team, Attorney (Frank), Vinutha Venkat and Venkat gone all these people don't know anything about the immigration process when to file LCA and amendment, payrolls and all the new h1b rules what going on outside. These people screwed my complete life in the USA. Especially Sandhya Bandi is the main person who is behind my denial I don't know why Vinutha Venkat hired her again in the company after having many complaints against her.

RSRIT doesn't give salary anything like a percentage/hour basis they run only per annum basis. Also, they don't reveal what vendor and client are giving and they give initially 60k PA and increment to 68k after one year and after 3 years they increment to 80k. Even if u work more than three years they don't give a percentage/hour basis which is the worst thing I observed. For any salary hike if you request hr or Vinutha Venkat they will redirect to Mr. Sridhar Katukuri and Venkat Gone who will never respond to the emails, phone calls, and voicemails too.

Ravi Vellam is the CEO of this company and Sridhar Kodati financial analyst who will not interfere in any of the things and not sure whether they exist in the company or not. Since after 2017, there is a lot of h1b denials with this RSRIT company. A few of my friends already left the country including myself and the other 115 people left the company and joined a new company.

Please don't join this company if you want to maintain legal status and a good package in the USA.

I have been working with this company for the past 7 years. During my H1-B transfer and extension, the immigration team ensured all the needful process was done effortlessly. What could have been complicated and prolonged got wrapped up quickly. Also, my GC has been promptly files, giving me no reason to worry about any matter. I am enjoying a great relationship with Reliable Software and highly recommend RSRIT to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great professional life.

Real Facts

1. H1b transfer, amendments, and extensions process even after you send all the documents they will not initiate the process immediately, and sometimes it will time even months to file ur case. If you keep calling and force them to file ur case asap they will tell you that there are a lot of applications that we need to process this month. Also, they will recommend you to go to the regular process so that they can get money out of you because you will be working for this company by the time uscis make a decision on ur case. Few of my friends got h1b rfe and went to denial later on. Please don't this company..

This company only works for money. The company filed for my H1 twice, got picked both the times but was denied. That's how poor the company's service is and their lawyers are. The lawyers are only bad when it comes to this, they are good at threatening you that if you switch company or move get a full time. I worked with the company for more than 3 years and mostly with the same client. So the client has offered a full time position, but Reliable told that the company cannot employ me (even after working with them for 3 years). After that I came to know that my pay was close $85/hr but the company just paid me 40. Even after ripping me off for 3 years they don't want me to have a life.
After my 1st H1 got rejected, I filed the second time with another employer as well and this got approved. The company's so called recruiters tell me that I should transfer my H1 to this company (after denying my full time role and pay hike). After switching to my new employer, I talked to my vendor and he made contract with my new employer for me. Now this lawyers come into picture and threaten both the vendor and me saying that we violated contract. After negotiation I agreed to pay $5000 to Reliable.
Finally I lost my job at the client just after making this deal as they hired another full time employee but even now they want this $5000 and keep harassing.
The worst of this is I am related to the person who works as recruiter and runs our pay rolls working in USA. I hope you understand how close he is to the owner. If they want they can let me off the hook but they just want the money.
To all the future employees, please don't fall into the same trap. The recruiters or the owner himself may be your relative or someone you know but they don't discriminate when it comes to money(relatives or not). They don't let you know how much you are getting paid by the client. They tell you that 80:20 ratios only for namesake. I trusted the person I am related to and this happened.

I have been working for Reliable since 3 years.It's a progressive Modern company which strives to adapt & lead globally. So very stable and should be around for many more years. Mr.Gone and MRS.venkat is most respectful, They genuinely shares about payments with employees and maintain VISA documents accurately & securely which is very important to get VISA approvals for longer time.Mrs.Sandhya Bandi follow excellent process when it comes to visa processing and third party paper work, My H1-B transfer and extension was very smooth as they follow the process in a very good manner. My GC has been filed promptly and I get updates in a timely manner.Always got my pay very promptly. This is the best employer I have ever worked with and I am incredibly happy. I wish to recommend more people to RSRIT.

I don't want to reveal my name and where I'm from. Here I would like to share my genuine experience what happened to me and people who are joining this company. Please read below before making any decision.

I worked in this company for almost 3-4 years since after finishing my masters. Initially, in OPT I got my first job in one month and start working with RSRIT and then they filed my h1b in coming April in level 1 wage as a programmer analyst position and luckily got approved h1b somehow.

My first contract job has been completed and again I got another job in a month after doing my marketing with them and RSRIT started all my paperwork and they suggested me to go and start work with the second company. So I moved and started with the second company and after a few days, I came to know that they have not filed my LCA and amendment process. I requested them to start my amendment process asap but they took three months for doing LCA and amendment. At last, RSRIT filed my amendment and I got an RFE and went to denial later (Unknown legal Presence which I need to leave this country asap i.e OUT OF STATUS).

This whole process i.e LCA and amendment denial was taken care of by Sandhya Bandi and Vinutha Venkat and president of the company Mr. Venkat Gone. Because of these people's mistakes, I became out of status after the h1b amendment denial.

Its been 5 years i am working for this company,
I feel so much relaxed with respective to immigration.
they filed my H1B and as soon as i got my H1B approved they started my Greencard process.

Recently My H1B got extended - this was done pretty quick and i got approval for 3 years , Reliable has good staff - Sandhya took care of all my documentation stuff, reviewed and submitted it to attorney , she was so prompt and she has great patience to give all the answers asked by me , Vinutha is also a best asset for this company who is quicker in replying to all the emails even though she is busy.

Coming to pay wise - pay will be on time

I am working with RSRIT since 2013 February.

They are very flexible, they have re-applied my h1b labor certification based on my request before renewing my h1b visa.
I got 3 years extension. Madam.Vinutha Venkat and Poornima are very helpful in HR team.

My account is handled by Pradeepa Reddy and Mr.Arjun Kumar.
They are nice to work with more friendly and awesome marketing team.

I would recommend RSRIT for any experienced consultant looking for job change in USA.

Kumar Subramaniam - 12/12/2019 - When i join RSRIT, Mr.Ravi Vallem, CEO, asked me to open 401k account so I will have some saving for the future. My investment in 401k grown to 50% in 7 years.
when i join RSRIT, there was employer(RSRIT) contribution 3% of base salary. For last few years employer matching stopped. still i keep my portion of 3% as saving. the investment idea thru 401k has tax exemption. I don't hear any other consulting company encouraging their employee to have 401k account.

I have been working with RSRIT from the last four years, and it has been very pleasant to work here. I get my salary on time and my visa extensions or renewals are completed in time. RSRT has good HR department and I always worked with Anusha Sharma and she is the best HR person I have seen in years. She has complete knowledge of HR process and because of which the visa petitions will never get RFE's or Denials. I worked with her three times on my visa extension and the success rate was 100%.She is a big asset to the company and I recommend RSRIT should take care of such employees with Midas touch. she goes over and above her duties to help applicants and makes every application process easy. Over all she has got an exceptional and unique attitude to work with people. I wish her long years with RSRIT and she continue to work and help many more employees make long careers with the company.

Please do not join this company to spoil your life. H1b process is too bad. They never pick your calls. You will have mental tension with the kind of hrs we have in this company. Please do not join this company. They suck your blood and pay you peanuts and at the end you will have to suffer with him in all matters especially immigration process which is very important. I worked for Reliable for the for years. I came to this company as the recruiters have promise me good salary, but when
equested for salary hike but i had to go thru so many people at the end did not get it.
The most horrible part is how HR offshore handle my H1B extension. Sandhya is not capable of handling my extension She is never in her desk, dont answer phone calls and emails. The only response she sends is FYI or forwarded massages. She does not understand that my future in her hands. The company says that they have 600 employees but cant afford educated employees to hire! Due to her negligence my H1 was denied and had to go back to india.
All the years of working to get good future in US is now wasted.

I am an ex-employee to this company and I used to work under Syed fizan___, who work offshore office at Hyderabad. I am his daughter age and he talks rubbish and don’t know what to talk in front of a girl or a women and sometimes I feel like why I have joined this company but luckily didn’t worked here for long time. If you are a good looking girl and comes for an interview then you are 100% hired for a job without 1% knowledge on particular area where we work.
He never take cares of issues nor can’t handle a single client, whenever there is any issue he simply try to throw on us to handle, being an less experienced how should we handle the issues? If we can handle the issue why should I report to this person? The higher management should understand how he give importance to work and team members under him. I thought of posting my review long back but I didn’t get a chance to do it and I got some time to give my view on this company and especially about this person. He takes credits even though he was not involved in that work and never elevate or support team.
Last but not least I really surprise how management understands his English I mean he talks like a drunken person.

All the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake and given by their Marketing team. This is a Desi Company Owned by Venkat Gone......all their H1 applications are getting rejected because of their documentation and Less pay.......All the employees are working from India, who doesn't even know how the things works in USA.......
99% of their employees are fake and they do fake resumes and submit it to prime vendors like Teksystems, Apex systems, KForce....
Finally, they dont even pay for your hardwork and keep on pushing you into the trouble and try pulling money from you......

I suggest everyone not to join and file h1 with RSRIT.

I generally don't tend to write reviews, I was randomly checking for status and myvisajobs popped. I see couple of vague inexperienced and dumb reviews, probably just put there due to some vengeance I believe. On the other hand, I have been associated with Reliable since 2010, which has taken care of my immigration and job. Frankly speaking Reliable has actually pulled me up from a very deep crisis. I must have referred more than 25 consultants to Reliable with whom I constantly stay in touch with, not even a single person has ever complained and they actually appreciate me for I referred them to Reliable. The pay is on-time, immigration system is taken very seriously, proper escalation matrix in place, and last but not the least "Am-there-for-you" attitude from the management, which you don't find with majority of the companies here. Finally, I believe a company which runs on ethics and rules will for sure have issues, people get frustrated with few initial glitches and panic and fall into a bigger trap, which was exactly what happened to me, I consider myself lucky and thank my friend who has referred me to Reliable. If review's only are considered as a benchmark, I can ask all my friends whom I have referred to Reliable to write a review, someone calling being anonymous cannot be taken seriously. Again, don't go by reviews, check various portals where enormous data is available, speak to people associated with the company. Am not sure if I can provide my contact number here, but, if someone wants to know more about my experience with Reliable, please leave a comment, I will get back to you. Again, I would highly recommend Reliable Software.

I have been working with Reliable Software for the past four years, and all these years it's been very cordial with the HR & the sales team, they found me the project immediately after I finished the other assignment and it hardly took less than a week before I even ended my current job to find another project and the amendment or extension process were very smooth, and I met the offshore HR & my marketing team in India and they have been working hard in the nights to support their onsite team and lot of consultants like me to find the project. I have been surprised when I visited them back in India as they have a large team that also supports many projects on Analytics/BI apart from the consulting services. Don't go about some of the negative reviews written, and you can go & visit the offshore and the head office in Michigan anytime and interact with the people you are talking to & you will know better.

1) Completely H1-B Dependent Company and typical body shape Desi consultancy.

2) Files LCA only on wage level-1&2 and independent of your wages. They set their own rules.

3) These people who work from India are HR for this company hahaha, this is funny and this is to mislead information for US clients.

4) People are going thru H1 denials, so loosing employees and moving out of Reliable to different employers.Be Careful...

5) Salary don't even expect from this company, you are just and just working for them and their welfare.

Enough, Get some other opportunity and move-out, suggestion for existing.

Better to work for small consultants who work on 80-20 ratio.
People who are so called Director of Reliable offshore team always pretends that he is a man and playing video games.

I would suggest don't join, if you guys want to stay back and make your career in States always avoid Consultants like Reliable.

- HR team sits outside US. These people work from there, they don't know what the immigration is and they are going to file our OPT extensions, H1B Petitions, They don't know what documents they are uploading and what they are for, which leads to RFE's.

- These are HR people who talk on rate with American based companies and think about that. These have the same US number, so that vendor's think that these HR/Recruiters people are working from US.

- Same with Health Insurance as well similar to Immigration above, just a day training to become HR and deal with all these our stuff. They say they will get back, they never get back, Least bothered

- Salary wise, they will suck your Blood and pay you peanuts on 50% and never share Statement of work(SOW).

- Guys, If you get any other chance outside as a full-time and Think again.

- RSRIT people, please consider and address the employee issues and copy them as well in dealing with Immigration so that even employee will get a chance to look at the documents what you are submitting and same with Statement of work (SOW) as well and keep employee-employer relationship happy from both the ends, because all the employees makes a company.

When I was looking for a new job, RSRI was at the top of my list. There really is a focus on the jobseeker. Reliable maintains a clear sense of morals and dedication to helping jobseekers. The management is very positive and that sets a good culture. Awesome appraisals and on time pay every month. Company is very good for consulting work. Unlike other IT Consultancies, I think 'Reliable' is pretty responsive. People are very conveniently reachable and polite enough. I never had a problem getting work done from them, since few months getting better unlike having to run after for each and every need for days together in other consultancies. Their relationship with client is great and they do have long term relationship with their clients. The team is very good and supportive on immigration matters. You grow with the company. The experience working with RSRI really is a six star experience with everything.

This is one of the worst consultancies, I am surprised to see all these positive ratings. Probably all these ratings are by them.These guys are just trying to feed of us. I have worked with them for 2.5 years and still I am being payed less than 70% of my hourly rate.Planning to leave these bunch of money sucking people.
They make you sign a 2 year contract at the start of the project, which states you have to pay them $20,000 if you leave them that is why I stayed with them.

I am sure there are many consultancies like these, the only advice is to do your research before joining any consultancy.

I have joined Reliable as an experienced IT professional and been working for them for 5 years. I have inquired before with few of my friends who are working or were working with Reliable and I have got honest reviews from them.

I have a dedicated recruiter from Reliable and he is always available on his cell any time I call him. Reliable has very good recruiting team and I am also allowed to do the marketing myself. The HR team is very good and professional. They have good and experienced legal team to solve any of your visa related legal matters or Green card related matters. I am happy with the progress of my H1b Visa and Green Card processing(PERM).

After joining Reliable, I was never worried about my pay. I was paid on time and the same amount which I have negotiated at the time of joining. They have an excellent Insurance plan for me and my family. Their benefit structure is like big US IT companies. I heard from many others that they pay less salary than market rate which was not true in my case but it is always better to get the salary on time.

Frustrated OPT guy here writing with immense pain and depression. There is absolutely no way you can get a job here. If I would have chosen some other, I would've done at least a single project by now. I'll say that this company ruined my career. You'll also be depressed mentally and all your dreams will be shattered eventually.
Marketing will start after 5 months after your joining. More than 1 1/2 year no project. There's no wonder even if you don't get a job after 2 years with 'em. There are more than 50 people like me without a single project. I could have moved to another company but, no body is ready to take.
They have a company called DataFactZ in the same building. There are lots of openings in both the companies for in-house, you can see those on Dice with RSRIT's name. But will never offer you, as they are reserved for their relatives and references exclusively. What a Nepotism! You will know the true meaning of it here.
If people like me start bugging them for jobs. They'll conduct assessment tests for everyone which will be so hard even a 3 year experienced can't crack. No Einstein can read 2 pages question under 1 minute. Obviously you are not going to perform well. They will say we will stop your marketing till you qualify it. If you ask again, they will keep another exam and will say- you know nothing. Exams like this have been conducted 3 times, proving us a useless piece of s**t every damn time. And finally they say it’s your luck that we are not removing you. You get a feeling like you are really made for nothing.
There will be no diff even if you do 3 projects with 'em. U'll be sitting in the same guest houses ultimately and drinking cheap whiskey on weekends worrying about your future.
If you join this company even after reading this, you are like a guy waiting for a Boeing plane at an Auto Stand which is never going to come just as jobs over here.
RSRIT - I challenge you to place one, I repeat 'ONE SINGLE PERSON'.

I am a opt student..The management is worse.People are so lazy they dont even answer your calls.The marketing team is horrible,they are very unprofessional, half of the time they dont answer the calls and the rest they are busy with there personal works. i am current employee in RSRIT, have been working for them from 3 years, pay rate salary is very bad, they don't raise pay even we are working for them from long time, we need to call them and negotiate about pay each time when we go to new contract project, president does not reply to our emails if we ask anything about pay rate stuff, marketing team is slow, they are in india.

Management should concetrate on current employees than future employees, they need to take care of employees who are working for them from long time.

This the best company that I have worked for. They are very prompt on my pay and benefits, They deal in a professional way and treat their employees good. Once the contract is done between project to project, they honor it. Unlike many others who back track their promises. After my first project with them I confirmation for second one within 2 days.

In contradiction to the earlier reviews I have seen here. My stay with Reliable Software was flawless and am going on well with their excellent services then on. All my immigration issues where carefully taken care by the HR team. I was placed at a prestigious client within weeks. I was guided well with all the technical, personal and professional support. The management is friendly unlike other companies and everything is quite transparent.

It's pretty comfortable for me to work with this people. Initially when I came to this company I don't have any exp but they helped in getting trained on different skills.
Now I am working as an database developer through Reliable. Management people are very friendly in nature and helped me a lot in all aspects. They paid me on time always and there is no issue till now. I refereed my friend to this company for .Net skill and he got placed within 2 weeks. He is very happy for that.

I joined this consultancy on Jan 2014 to undergo Micro strategy training and placement.

They took 3 months of my time for training which was okay, but after training they took around 5 months to place me in a job (on Sep). They never care about students and take half of your pay. They make use of us, and make us sign $60k of annual pay though they promise to pay $70k of annual pay initially before joining the consultancy.

They mostly follow the strategy of getting students to wait for such a long time and use their fear of job insecurity to take half of the students pay.

If you ever join this consultancy you can find Mr. Aravind Kotagiri in their office, who is responsible for giving checks and interact with students, he will give you an impression of being extremely busy by wandering through out the office and he'll make you wait for hours and hours, but if you ever notice what he does in his office, you can see him playing "Candy-crush" in his mobile and playing with his chair.

I started my career with Reliable and have never had a reason to look to other companies. I researched many companies and found Reliable to have a good reputation. They have been good to me.
I recently joined them, and they put me through a free training program. After I finished the training, they provided mock interviews for me to practice. They were very flexible, and I felt this helped me get a better project. The recruiting team always gets me good interviews with good vendors and clients. All the recruiters have been consistent and technically good. I began working for them when they helped me get my H1B when I was on OPT. I told a friend of mine to join Reliable, and when he did, I got referral bonus too and they helped him to find a job in a week time.

I like working here, and would like to suggest for everyone who is looking for H1 or any transfer of their H1.

I have been with company since 2007 and have no complaints. They pay me on time and have direct payment setup.They have filed for my H1 B and green card on time with no issues. I have has no issues so far with this company and the staff is very responsive.
They are very prompt on payment, dealing and ethical. Once the contract is done between you and them, they honor it. Unlike many others who back track their promises. They were transparent on GC process as well.
I'm still with the company and I enjoy the technical exposure I get here and the Management is quite effective and they have clear strategy projected out for both the company & employees

Reliable is not reliable anymore. I completed my masters in Computer Science and came to reliable on OPT because of its good reputation and reviews(which I now know are all fake) In the starting I was told by a non technical guy and all the higher authority guys that I will be placed in a Month after training. But months after months passed. May be the better way to explain is seasons after seasons passed but there was no dedication from the marketing team regarding placing all the students. Now my OPT is expired and my H1B is not Picked and all this time I did not make a penny and wasted all of my OPT. Now I am left with no option but to leave US.All I wish now is I wouldn't have came here and wasted my precious OPT time. I am very disappointed and indebted to more than $20k student loan from India. RSRIT stop fooling innocent students.

Staff is extremely inefficient and bad. They took all my docs and details stating there is opening for a job of my expertise. After that, no reply from them. Staff who attended me was by name Abdul Khader. I do not understand why do they take all documents and disappear. Please train your staff to be efficient and reply to mails or calls.

This is a good company to work for. You will get decent compensation, benefits(benefits depends on negotiation) and comfortable work-life balance.

Staff is always not available though mail or phone. The take 50% of your salary. Make sure your demands are well covered at first go. Later they wont even hear.

I’m working for Reliable Software Resources Inc. for about 2.5 years now. It is an excellent place to work for. The environment here is such that you are always challenged to do better and better all the time on personal as well as professional front. I really enjoy working with them. I really admire the knowledge about the business, Marketing strategy, focus, client management and vision they follow. One thing I noticed which is significantly different in Reliable is it has a personal touch and you will not lose your individuality when working with Reliable. Every person is treated as is and respected with his positives and negatives. I think this is a very significant characteristic of the company.

One of the best companies that I worked with. Many good things to be mentioned, Like: 1. Good technology projects and strategic partners for many clients. 2. Comparatively good pay and many with 6 digit salary 3. Many in the company for 3-4 years and more. 4. Pay on time without any delay.

Well yes, you need to really work and stay technical enough to survive.

It is really a good company to work with. I am with the company for extended period of time and have seen people much closer.

Although as mentioned by other people in other posts, there are few issues with some managers and I agree that management pamper them up-to some extend but I would not pay attention to small details like that when I am associating myself with company for long term relationship.

Company has good HR. Nice salary structure & potential to grow.

On other end, company is very good for consulting work. Their relationship with client is great and they do have long term relationship with their clients.

One credit I want to give to company - they are very good and supportive on immigration matters.

I never had a problem getting work done from them, since few months getting better unlike having to run after for each and every need for days together in other consultancies. I have been working with Reliable since 2008. After my masters i had to work with an employer in MA and hardly i used to speak to my employer. Joined Reliable after my first project and was in job since then(this is my 3rd project).... they always took good care even in 2009 bad period and more ever management is accessible.

i highly recommend if you are really looking for a career with out tensions...

Consultant for 3 years with rsrit. - 3/12/2013 - I am working with rsrit marketing team to get new project almost every year. I used to get projects in 2 weeks time, sometime, getting new project immediately without on bench. I come up with preparation each time cover letter, resume and knowing the market by applying thru www.dice.com, www.monster.com.

You have to take iniative to get the IT job. They will give guidance/direction/arrange interview only.

Even Wipro, Accenture full-time US hired employees are laid-off after 1 month bench time. Once out of project will get diffent treatment.

One of the best IT consultancy company in USA. their internal staffs are highly qualified and very professional and value consultant's experience and listen to their issue and resolve them immediately.

The president is very awesome, He is down to earth, humble and really working for their employees and help consultant to live comfortably in USA.

My experience they are far better than Indian MNCs. They have excellent marketing team managed by very profesional marketing directors/managers, they have 100+ direct vendors all over USA.

I bet you, if you join them you will get 10%-20% better salary than your current salary, if you have 2+ years real experience in USA.

They eat up 50% if your money and still makes a big issue for a simple raise. Not available when needed. Most of their staff work from India, not available during regular hours.
