Sigma systems has been around for a long time due to the fact that there are multiple businesses being run out of the office in Marlborough. The business is financed by the owners and their fiscal numbers do not accurately represent the revenue of the core technology recruiting business. The owners have not developed any long term relationships with any significant companies as sales people run through a revolving door of nonsensical churn and burn activities. The recruiting team and sales team are staffed by 8 people at most who hunt for requirements through disorganized cold calling or rifling through spam generated resumes for Managed programs. Their minority and woman owned status is recklessly thrown around to get this company access to a small piece of the pie. Sales people are expected to work from their desks and are paid minimally. Even in a booming economy this cold call centered shotgun approach to business yields profits that allow the recruting business to stay afloat while the owners use the business assets to fund other interests abroad. This is not the palce to develop a career or even sustain a lucrative job. The managemnt is haphazard at best and I would advise anyone who is contacted by this firm to consider any other possibilities available to them
