commentThis People are fraud. Never ever think to join them.
No ethics. They say one thing and do other thing.
While joining they will do big big promises and will pay initially but after couple of month, they will show their original face.
This guys will keep your salary, they don't even pay you.
Moreover they do Fake resume, Visa fraud and a lot more.
Never trust this people and never join their company if you want to live happily because after that your life will become terrible.

commentI would not say something good or bad about company. But I would suggest to new joiners work hard and get a job in good companies. Don't give the chance of taking advantage of your weakness. Don't struck in companies where they treat employees as slaves.

Pros:
1) If you are on OPT, if you don’t care about pay, and more luckily if you get a project through them it’s fine. You can stay with them.
2) They have a very nice HR (Don’t like to specify the name). She try her best to help you.
Cons:
If you are on H1 through them.
1) No response to calls
2) Because of politics you will get mad.
3) They charge very high from clients but they pay you small portion of that. In one word in money matter they are like crocodile mouth.
4) They don’t give you any information or any document of the client etc.
5) Asking them to find a project is like begging for something.
6) They play with you by saying they are doing your marketing but they don’t you any update.
7) Whenever they get a chance they try to steal your money. They try to hold your pay whenever they get a chance. They simply say, ‘We have not received from client’ even after they receive’.
Choice is yours. I mentioned pros and cons.

comment I really enjoy working for this company, their clientele is top notched. Friendly, and professional environments greet you as you walk through the doors. Amazing team work and communication! Pay is great and taking time off is easy (if permitted from contracted employer). Amazingly flexible for job options as well.

commentThis Nitin is such a disaster to deal with. He is very arrogant, even he never pick up the call, no help in anything. They can lay you off anytime they want. Most important you will never find a job through them. Because, they don't value a candidate. Nitin is not at all a good person. He himself don't know anything. Total fake, no patience and a hell lot of attitude.
Never join there team. Even marketing keeps on going for more than 6 months and you will never hear a vendor call

commentThe whole company is formed with some bunch of illiterate people from india hyderabad whose attitude is worst than ever bad experience starts once your h1 visa gets approved .if one can not live up to their expectations which included flattering them at all time listening to what they say if you are not able to do that they will revoke h1b just because you have not listened to them i think when you run a company one should need to give up on EGO highly not recommended statistics it self shows they cannot retain employees for long time people move once they realize it and transferring lca would again be a challenge from them they will not easily let you transfer
