Main Office: Southfield, MI - NAICS Industry: Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
H-1B Dependent: Yes - Willfull Violator: No

Trilogy International, Inc. filed 28 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 10 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Trilogy International was ranked number 6,260 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 1 LC was denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Trilogy International can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Trilogy International. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Trilogy International submitted 38 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

★☆☆☆☆ - H1B's Do not join this employer - Very bad -Caution - - VJ - 6/21/2012 - flag as inappropriate - comment
Caution to H1B's - worst employer, he will ask you to pay even the employer tax. Lot of illegal doings. Check your offer letter, Your H1B's extensions are not paid by the company. you will be paid only the basic wages. All SUTA and FUTA will be collected from you. Even if you are one day with out work on the client place you will be laid off / terminated. I would not recommend this company to any one. Body shopping companies are far better than this. Ford and chrysler are the clients, they pay huge money like $80 / hr, but you will be paid only $32.5 / hr + you have to pay huge employer tax (7.5%) + Huge Insurance premium $750 / mnth for a family of 2 + All SUTA & FUTA + Life Insurance (Mandatory)+ Etc.
Your 1st H1 will be done by the company and subsequent H1 fees will be collected from you. Inspite of this if you are joing this employer ALL THE BEST.

This is my 5th employer in US.
