Minimum seven years of hands-on Program and Project management experience, including project initiation through implementation.

Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous involvement in Identity and Access Management projects. Education: 2 Requirement: Lead complex programs and projects, collaborating with multiple departments within Amtrak and external vendors.
Employ formal project management techniques, including project scheduling, risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
Direct technical leads, project team members, and external consultants/contractors.
Develop and maintain all essential project documentation, ensuring comprehensive coverage from project charter to post-implementation evaluation.
Generate weekly program status reports and conduct necessary project status meetings.
Manage project schedules using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional 2010, reporting on schedule and budget variances.
