Skills: 5+ Experience in analyzing external partners functional and technical documents (including file layouts) to identify impacts to agency systems, databases, batch jobs, data cleansing, data conversion, and interfaces.
• 5+ Experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, design, process and data flow, testing, and training.
• 5+ Years of experience with data consolidation, editing, and normalizing rules.
• Understanding of State of Florida rules and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Technical knowledge of web, network infrastructure, network communication, and security preferred.
