Confused company. Lack integrity. Management is worst, you may interact with Nilesh Adani one of the management person. He will be very nice when you will join but later he will show his real color.
Too much communication gap, they will suck your blood, Rude, Unprofessional. And, utterly brainless management, no one will respond to your email, then you will have two option forgot and change your employer or waste your more time and money. They wont pick your phone, even you will keep 20 people in email no one will respond, they will focus only on your pay check thats all.

Not a good company at all, they will deduct your 45% pay check.
They will say they will pay this week, tomorrow, next Monday, next month and finally they will pay nothing.
Nilesh was the point of contact for me, he lied one time, two times and finally he never will your call.
The only option you will have is to change the employer.
They will enjoy with your money, and tell lie, I am attaching one email to see, how badly I wanted to resolve my issue.
I dont wanted to review but when someone else will suffer the same so better to think about other option if you have otherwise it is good.

One of the best company I have ever worked, they have very good legal team, marketing team and finance team. They do whatever they commit, that is the best thing for a consultancy. Salary is on time always, neither me or none of my co-workers had a problem in pay.
The only thing I'm little concerned is the health care cost is on higher side, when I enquired they told because of lots of claims happened in their group the health insurance for the group got increased. Other than this I don't see any negative points.
Their process is very clean and ethical, so there will be no issues with USCIS. If you want to work for a company long time until you get your green card, this is the best company to work.
