commentI am joining few other consultants who had given bad review regarding Advansoft telling that they are tampering the PO issued by the vendor or client.
I expereinced the same. Everything went well untill they filled the GC. After that they easily showed a PO with at least 20$ less per hour. I think they know the art and science of tampering the PO. They do that very easily and casualy. It lasted many times and maney years. I had no where to go and nobody to tell as my GC was stuck with them. Atlesat this website will help to express my anger on them.

commentI recently visited and spoke with them. To be honest, I feel it a good shop with several consultants there- nice and friendly. I am not sure how good their training is or anything regarding the placement. But definitely something I would like to keep in mind.
Compared with other two shops I spoke with, I would say this is decent though smaller. Someone is like a big fraud.

commentI really liked the service which they provided for me. When I completed my masters in Mechanical field, I was in dilemma whether to carry out job in my core field or IT field. I went to Advansoft consultancy and asked their suggestions. They advised me to take up the Java training and in fact the trainer was really good to guide me even though I was from non-technical. In my last week of training, I got placed in an IT company. Staffs working here care for us and they provide good service all time. I advise people to go and join there. Thank you !!!

Never late than promised for candidates trained in advansoft, excellent opportunities are provided.I am the one among my friends who got placed in really less time with nice pay checks better than expected. Trainers have good expertise and have been supporting whenever required. I have been to few other companies but Advansoft is the best out of all.

commentI have been associated with Advansoft International for a while now. I enrolled with them for training in SAP SCM and I am on a project currently.
Initially I was very confused and skeptical about it. Firstly I was really confused with the kind of career path I wanted to pick. Secondly I was confused as to which company to go with. I posted my details on the job board and I was receiving calls from various companies regarding their offers. I also did my own research on the internet and I found Advansoft international. I called them up and they were really interested in talking to me on a career perspective rather than just a business perspective, which I have seen with a lot of other companies that approached me. I happened to be in Chicago at the same time and I visited their office location in Arlington Heights.
I was received well and was made to sit in a room and 2 people from the company joined me. I was confused and didn't know what to say or decide. They figured it out and the two gentlemen put forward a complete road map of the IT in US and how consulting works. They gave me a clarity on general things and also a clarity based on my interests mainly. I was glad that they were willing to take me in for what I am interested in and not what they want to put me in. I was actually skeptical because, before I went to meet them I actually did want to check out the reviews of the company. Most of the reviews were not that appealing which made me even more skeptical about meeting them but then since I was anyways there in Chicago I decided to see them and based on this interaction, I had enough clarity as to what I want to do and I took time to analyze for myself and decided to join them after a couple of week.
The whole journey of training, marketing and placement, for me personally went on very smoothly. They have a huge marketing team who are on their toes to find you a project no matter what. From my personal experience I can tell that they really do go out of the boundaries to help you in any given situation. The in class sessions were very nice and the instructors they hire are definitely top notch. Its a very friendly environment in the office. They took complete care of my accommodation and food.
From the reviews I read about the company I was more worried about the timely payment issue, but then I had my clarity about that too. There are other Advansoft employees in the current project that I am working on and they have never in the last 3 years had any issue with this.
Any one looking in for the best training, and timely marketing and placement, I would definitely recommend Advansoft as they have been here for a long time now and they would not have lasted if they did not have something in them.

commentThe Advansoft international is very great company to work with. These people are very co-operative and humble to work with. They help all the consultants in any possible way they can. They understand their problems and try to help them in best possible way. Every one had their own problem and their problem is different and as far as my experience is concerned Alex, Saurabh Sir, and Sukrant are GEM of people.
I would recommend Advansoft international to all aspiring students who want to make a career in IT.
Now as far as money is concerned you will have no problem in payment. It will be ontime depending on your contract. And believe me no problem at all. I am with these guys for almost an year and I have been never being paid late.
Do not pay attention to the Bad reviews put here as every story has two sides and I recommend to call them and visit if needed to their office in NJ/Chicago to find out your self.

commentI joined Advansoft 3 Years ago as OPT student. They promised decent salary and paid as promised. They treated me well. So I decided to go for Green Card through Advansoft.
After the Green card was filled, they started to treat me differently . It was a big surprise to me. Now I do not get projects quickly. I am spending more time on bench between projects which is anytime around 3 months an year without salary. They are giving all new projects that they are getting to the OPT students first and what ever is left I am getting finally. This is because Advansoft's profit margin is more if they place OPT students than they place a Green Card Candidate.
So guys I suggest you find some other company for your Green Card processing or get cheated for 4 to 5 years with less pay with Advansoft.

commentWent to Advansoft International Inc with lot of apprehension n doubt.Read lots of forum abt positive n negative feedback.Lot of ppl mentioned that they r best in SAP, so thought of check out rater than reading forum.I got detailed information when I spoke to them.I was more interested in SAP BI-BO as few of my friends were doing so.After discussion I came to know what all me I need to learn to get SAP BI-BO project.They told me very transparently.They suggested me SAP SD or PP.People seemed very genuine.It is more kind of advise then imposing conversation. They dont have layers of communication neither they r one man show.Everyone is very much approachable. There personal cell phone works 24/7.My friends who went to other consultancy struggle to find a single project.I am very happy with Advansoft.Every 4 and 18 I will have check deposited to my bank account.

commentAdvancesoft is the BEST Company I have seen in corporate world...Now i have worked 2 project before but with my experience and skills Advance soft is Best. They Pay me Very good amount and never delay in their pay check. Treat me like family, NJ Office is well developed sales team is so cooperative and staffing support is awesome. I accommodate all freshers, graduate or IT contrctor should join this comapny for them bright future. I wish I would find this company 2 years back when I started my career. I Must say thanks to them, because I almost planned to join this company and I put that subject that big because, I did not see reviews before going join this company, I got this reviews link from one of my friends after that I decided not to join in this company. Even I visit this company, they were not look like professional. Any way thanks those people who wrote their technical struggles, mental struggles.

commentI wanted to do training in one SAP class, and instead they had a class in different module, where the instructor was this old 50-year old man who knew absolutely nothing about what he was talking about and seemed confused half the time. And when they started the class I wanted to take after two months, it ended up being an online class! What is the point of having building and classrooms if you are going to teach remote online class? I could do that at home! Anyways the instructor is also a manager there and he is very rude to the consultants and bullies them around. So the training is horrible and they make you write a fake resume with fake experience so that they can get you a job. and even if you finish the resume and give it to the owner, who is never there, he takes a long time to check it and makes you put in things that they dont even teach in the class. You also have to find your own references. There is no point going through this company because you can do all of the work yourself. Otherwise you will waste 6 months or even a year of your life, and they dont even care,they just want to collect money and do everything on their time. The office is also very dirty with garbage everywhere. They always lie to you and care only about money. Horrible company, please save yourself. the people that stay are consultants who have no where else to go, if only they had a better way

Charged me $186 for a background check.
Said they would give me 2 weeks notice with or without cause, but did not. The tricked me with this promise just to get me to sign on. If you have any disputes with them, you have to go to Chicago to resolve it. -

commentHI All, I have been with Advansoft International Inc, IL for 2 years working as SAP Consultant and it has always been a pleasure working with them. They have been very helpful and supportive. You will be provided with a training coordinator who will help you with your schedules and your time slots. Once the training is complete, you will have to work on your resume and there will be people around to help you with this. They have an excellent marketing strategy and you will also be trained as to how to respond to the vendor/interview calls. Not to mention, but what counts in interview is your confidence and your hard work during the training period. One thing that cannot be avoided here is your discipline and dedication to come to Advansoft Office every single day from Mon to Fri at 9:45 am. So attendance is must. Also till date I have always received my paychecks on time. If you want you can also avail the insurance which the company provides and it can be trusted.

commentHi Everyone.I happen to see these reviews by chance as i was searching for something else.I am with Advansoft from last 3 years and working as SAP PP/MM consultant.I have H1B now and i come back to Advansoft often.I have seen this company working and i have seen students getting jobs and H1B. This company has the best training and instructors. All my batch mates got H1B. I am getting my paychecks on time.Once in a while there might be delays but they are not bad.I have been to so many desi consultancies finally i joined this company and i am happy that i am here.I never thought of putting any review but when i saw these negative reviews i was wondering what might be the reason for these reviews as in last three years i have seen students coming in the company and ending up getting jobs and status. So i think if i have good experience with this company and my career is on track because of this company i can take out some time and share my experience.I highly recommend Advansoft inc based in Chicago for all IT related jobs. I also have filed my green card with Advansoft.

commentClient paid 90/hr billing rate, and i had only one prime vendor who might take 20$ maximum... but these people showed my PO as 56/hr and paid me 30-35/hr only.... nearly taken 35/hr to themselves on my name.

commentAdvansoft will try to make as much money as possible from yuo.
If you're freshser you will be paid less and they will take more than 50-60 percent of money. Once you get into percentage, they will only pay no more than 70 percent and start delaying the payments (atleast 60-90 days backlog). They will also go to extent of tempering your PO in order to get more from you. That means suppose you're billed at $100/hour, they will tell you as $80/hour and in the PO they will edit it $80/hr if you ask them to show and they will pay 70% of 80, which will be $ 56/hour instead of $70/hr.
I will not reccommend anyone to join this company who makes money by doing all sort of frauds.
.....all I can say based on my personal expereince is that Advansoft Inc based out in IL is not a trustworthy employer and it rests on you to decide if you want to join or not.
- 6/14/2012 - hai...some people saying it has child companies which were specialized in their tech(hr,abap,bi) namely amphion global etc. i want to join in this company. please give me a suggession. they are saying all shit 65k for 1st 3 months then percentile basis. please give me a suggestion. -

commentThis is the worst company to work for. They just treat you as money making machines. They will never pay on time & also keep so much from the billing rate to themselves & will try to cheat you as much as they can. you can keep calling or emailing them and they will never answer the phone or email you back. They do not provide health insurance even though they charge you for it every month and give you a card. The card does not work even at walgreens or cvs. They never pay on time. They do not care about your visa status & will never tell you if they receive a query about your processing. They do not provide benefits even when you are on W-2. All the senior consultants would have left them already if their GC processing wasnt stuck with them. They treat you as if you need them and not them also needing you to be in business. If you want peace of mind please stay away from this company. They will keep saying you are like family to them but they dont mean it.They are a bunch of cheaters.

commentNever Ever Join this company.Not even in your dream think of joining this company.The company is full of Frod and nonsense.You will not get your paychecks on time and never in your tenure at this office you will get what you are promised.The insurance providided by these guys charging heavy amounts from your pay is another big Frod as you will never be able to get your insurance card even though money will be deducted from your pay. If you are on a expense paid project then you are lost...lost for your life as the income you get will be gone in the form of expenses and the chances of getting back your expense check even though client pays back the expenses to Advansoft is like finding water to drink in the middle of the sea. There is so much to tell about this company and ask anyone who works for this company has the same story or almost the same one.
