Before E-Business International Inc can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by E-Business International Inc. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, E-Business International Inc submitted 65 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

all the previous feedback about this employer is true, they will never pay you on time, and always try to withhold some money and paperwork, so that you don't leave them. They don't have any direct client.

Impacted my career a lot, don't ever join them.

one of the worst employers
- No direct Client
- Salaries are always delayed
- "Bonus" is always delayed
- Delay in doing the paperwork will put your status at risk.

They do all these to keep you dependent on them forever. Stay away from this employer.

BE AWARE BEFORE joining!! they will ask you to quit your job before even the H1b transfer is complete.thy will put your life in risk!!! NEVER JOIN WITH THEM

★☆☆☆☆ - Worst Company Ever- never join - - - 4/1/2015 - flag as inappropriate - comment
All Lies-- Never trust this company..

No direct vendors.. They get your initial trust by sending Purchase order which is not signed.

All the h1b transfers end up with RFE as their attorneys don't know how to file the cases.

They talk % basis during hiring process. But will give only fixed salary and rest they say they will give after 3 months.. but it will take 4 months. No peace of mind.

Salary paid through check because company has no credibility with Bank to accept Direct Deposit.

Money minded people.. CEO doesn't care whatever the technical recruiters do..

Conspiracy even among the technical recruiters itself..

Terrifying experience.. Please do not trust this company and make your life a mess
      - 7/6/2015 - you are 100% ture. I don't know how DOL is allowing this kind of employers in the united states. they are really cheap. they were holding my bonus pay and they never paid when I quit. I ended up with $6000 loss just because I wanted a better carrier and I earned that money with my hard work. they behaved very cheap when I asked that money

NEVER EVER JOIN WITH THEM!! AVOID THEM TOTALLY!!! SAVE YOUR LIFE!!! - flag
