She bad employer to work for. At first, her accommodations are good and then she can start changing her face at anyone. She like to think she is the ruler of her company so it has no "regulations." I no appreciate how she hire good people and fire them quick because of 1 or 2 mistake. This happens quick and is very misleading to others. A job is important to live. She does not take critic well. If you say there is problem with anything she will turn against you. She also is not afraid to pay to wipe other people's reviews about the job so it look good. She act like she care for you in your face and will take about you behind back.


Please change the way you treat your employees, be actually open, be open to critic, and let ideas from anywhere bring you fortune.
