commentMy friend got in touch with this company for visa sponsorship.The owner is charging $6000!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had paid $3500 few years back. Like other people have mentioned in the reviews I also was frustrated with the owner of the company who is always asking for money for everything. I only refer my friend because my visa got approved.At my time if application not picked in lottery the owner charged $1500 and refund balance amount.When my friend spoke he said there is no refund even if application is not picked in lottery!!!! This is daylight robbery!!!!
Stay away from this company. The owner only wants to make money.You can make out from the reviews that no one is happy after joining this company and still he is shamelessly charging $6000 for new H1. This company must be reported to USCIS.

commentI did my h1b visa from Cedent. I have many references to friends who also did their visas from this company but the owner never gave me any incentive for my references. Instead he will always keep asking for more money. If you call him to ask for a better percentage he will either postpone it or talk rudely but if you call to tell that a friend is interested in h1b then he will talk sweetly. He will invite you to his office to show how big it is and impress you but don’t believe him. All this big office and big cars he has is from illegal money charging people for h1bs, charging for h1b extension, h1b amendments. The owner will tell you about company lawyer but don’t believe him. During my time he used to lie that there is a lawyer. Even if he has a lawyer now I am sure he will do some manipulation to make money by lying about lawyer. He will talk very sweetly when you call for new h1b inquiry, tell you names of clients etc but reality is he has no clients. You have to find job on your own and do everything on your own. Company will make money from your hard efforts! See other reviews of this company even on other websites. If anything good written I am sure the owner must have written it otherwise all other comments are only negative. Stay away from this fraud company and cheap owner to save your money.

commentFRAUD!! FRAUD!!!!! FRUAD!!!!!! Everything negative mentioned about this company in the below reviews is true. The owner is a fraud. He will charge money for everything. The old employees who helped build the company have left. There is no one left to take care of existing employees. The owner is never reachable. I got to know this company has pending complaints with USICS and was even audited by USICS officials. It is a matter of time before it is forced to shut it’s operations. I was with this company and the owner gave me hard time at everything. No benefits, you have to pay money for your extensions, amendments, GC filing. I got frustrated and transferred my visa to another company. There are a lot or companies that will treat you better than this company. Existing consultants should quit before their status is affected because of the fraudulent work of this company.

comment2 senior employees leaving cedent consulting the future of this company is very grim. The company doesn't have anyone to help the current & future employees , It use to be company of 5, Owners , 2 employees who left cedent recently due to unethical practices and 1 HR. Owners husband & wife both are never accessible. This company charge for H1-B visa and it's company's regular practice and you have to pay for everything including (Transfer,Payroll & Amendment etc) . Cedent never follows USCIS rules & compliance's. When you inquire for H1-B sponsorship you will be asked to pay hefty price and most of their victims are from India. They advertised H1-B sponsorship on Naukri.com and will be asked to deposit the money in any Indian Bank account(s) or will be asked to pay in cash in person at the Plano TX office thru friends or families so that they can avoid USCIS. They promise you that if you don't get picked in the H1-B lottery they will refund 50% of the paid amount and retain 50% as Attorney fees but the fact is Cedent never had any attorney at the first place. Owner of the company himself does all these paper work and uses the name of the attorney. Most of the recent H1-B denials in this company are due to lack of proper immigration attorney. H1-B denials will end up getting nothing back and you will be asked to re-apply again the next following year. They don't have any product development but they will pretend they do have one. Cedent so called global offices are sham with just mere address no employees. Its my advise please get in touch with the ex employees who worked for this company and I am sure they will help you by not getting trapped in this H1B Scandal. This company should be audited. I am sure it is under USCIS watch.

- 1/15/2016 - Very unethical and non trustworthy company, Do not ever make the mistake of joining or sponsoring your H1 visa from this firm they just want your money nothing else, no transparency in any process, no payment no proper placement. Every thing is fake about this company. -
