commentRam Mohan Vedantham is a crook who runs “Compugra Systems Inc”. He takes advantage of his employees and never pays them. He hasn’t paid me for 3months, which is more than $15K and its been almost 2yrs. In these 2yrs I have called him like a million times and he hardly reponsed saying he would repay but he never did and he finally ghosted me and not answering my calls anymore. So, i finally decided to meet him in person to figure out whats going on and he physically assaulted me saying he doesn’t know me and I’m tresspassing his property. He even threatened to call the cops over me but they never came and he left the office abruptly. If you google his name “Ram Mohan Vedantham” you can see a lot of people who are victims to his tricks. I wish I googled him before working for him. Please be aware of this guy and his company.

commentI have contacted Ram Vedantham for my brother H1B for 2021. Since this time was lottery registration process, he convinced us to pay 2000$ for registration and if not selected then they will give back money. This time he is just taking advantage from this lottery system by taking thousand of dollars from fresher and H1B people by saying we need to pay for all H1B expense. He took money from people like us and later on not paying back. He can generate duplicate USCIS receipt also so don’t trust. We don’t have any option for fresher. Initially he was responding well but after not selection he stop picking up phone and no contact at all.
I read his review online but I was trapped by him for some hope and no option for fresher. But I don’t want you cheat by this person.
I have lost my money. Please do not trust this guy. He is cheater and fraud person in our community. He thought this H1B people are coward they will not fight back.
I already started process from my side. I have already compliant USCIS by online and paper against Compugra system and keep following up. I will try to contact tier 1 or tier 2 officer also.
Let’s see how it will work. If you know anything then guid me also.

commentRammohan Vedantham is a great employer if you are looking for an IT job with H1B sponsorship. Compugra was recommended by a friend of mine when i had issues with H1B with my previous employer. now my H1B was approved. never had any issues with salary, management is very supportive and employee friendly. this is best staffing firm for me. i love to work here for lifetime.
I worked here for 3 years almost, during this period i haven't faced any problem. It is also affiliated with so many clients in different domain which really helps your learning curve. I will gladly recommend Compugra to any of my friends who ever need.

I came from another company where I had a bad experience but since I started working at Compugra I only have wonderful things to say about my colleagues and Mr. Ram.
They have all made me feel right at home. I received great training , always get paid on time and I notice there is high potential for career growth within the company which
is what I was looking for also. They’ve been very open and helpful , I feel comfortable to approach the team or supervisor with any questions I may have.

commentI wish to God I had read these reviews before signing up with this crooked company. Rammohan is a filthy liar and he steals your money and says "sue me". Compugra owes $700,000 to the IRS and they will take YOUR pay. IRS will divert your money and you will end up paying this crook's IRS tab. I've been trying to get Rammohan to keep his word but he ignores your calls, emails, messages, etc. He'll keep telling you I'll pay you today, tomorrow, next week and he'll keep lying a hundred times. He's done that to me personally for over 8 months! This jerk has no honor and I hope he burns in hell for what he's done to so many individuals for SEVERAL YEARS.
To verify, just try to call any extension in his company. The names don't match any of the extensions and they will never get back to you. This is a total joke of a company and there are DOZENS of comments online all over the place who tell you exactly the same thing I'm saying. Rammohan's response to everything is "They are my enemies who are lying to destroy my image". This idiot thinks everyone is that stupid to believe such an absurd story. There are so many huge companies and you don't see this kind of reviews about them yet some "enemies" online are just out to get this guy. Don't believe a word he says. commentTwo years back i came to US, and our CEO Mr.Ram Vedantham really taken care of me and placed me in a very good company. I am happy working with him, and he is paying my salary on time without any delay. I did not face any pay related issues with him till today. I noticed some bad reviews posted in past, but i personally feel the truth is far when compared.

This company never pays salary on time; exploits workers. Writes bad checks.
The CEO is a liar nay crook. We have proof against this company.
This company has robbed recently a sub contractor for more than 25K.

The owner/CEO is outright liar. This company never pays its employees on-time. They pay you part of the salary, for rest of the money, you have to literally BEG THEM for your money.
If you are lucky, you may see the money after 4-6 months. That too the check will bounce and you start over again.
These people are unethical, outright liars, unprofessional.
They squeeze and treat the poor H1B employees very inhumanely.

This company is very unprofessional, dishonest and unethical. They never pay their contractor/employees on time.
The owner / president is very enthical, unprofessional and outright liar. Getting paid by this company is a herculean task. You wait for the payment, then you make phone calls, send emails and all you get is FALSE PROMISE that you will be paid in next week..and week after that...and week after that. You make phone calls, cry and literally beg for your money.
Sometimes, even if you receive payment, you see only part of your money. You have to beg for rest of the money.
In summary, this compnay will ruin your financially life and make you feel sorry for yourself.
NEVER, EVER, work with this company. YOU ARE BETTER OF NOT WORKING!..

commentI would give negative points for review if I can for this company. It is rightly mentioned by other people that if you want piece of mind than don't work with Compugra systems or any of its affiliate companies such as FuGen IT Solutions or Technocepts LLC.
I came across this link before so posting it here for other folks who are unware.

They would pay me part of the amount due and for the rest of the amount I would have to keep begging to them and they will keep making false promises. Finally, when they pay me rest of the amount after 4-6 months late the check will bounce and I am again begging for it. These guys are not human and they don't have any business ethics. They should be banned from US and penalized big time by DOL for doing this.
I hope my comments help others before they hear or join Compugra Systems.
