commentFrom the time I got a call regarding an opening with their client, they were thoroughly professional. Their terms are very clear and transparent. Nothing behind the scenes!! They are straightforward and put me in loop in all their discussions for this job opportunity.
Their pay schedules are good and salary is always ontime with no issues. Pay scales are very reasonable and better compared to some other offers I had at the time.
They ensured my long term goals in my career in the USA were taken care of. Their attorneys are top notch and pay attention to detail and guide you through the process.
Good Benefits along with Health Insurance, 401k, etc.
Overall a Good Sized Solid Company with good fundamentals and organizational set up. Honest and Straightforward.

commentFelt the need to share my experience and help anyone else who may be in the same boat as me.
I was working with an off-shore company for a client and my teammate referred Conch Technologies. I spoke to them and they were pretty transparent throughout the whole process and I made the call and transferred my H1 for one of their projects.
I must say they are very strong on the immigration side. They legal team ensures all protocols are followed and handle queries very well.
I recently came back from an India trip and you know a Company's worth and support ability when you go for stamping. They provided a 150 page file to take with me for the visa. Conch is fundamentally very strong and this file was a proof for that. Their taxes, active employee list, business formalities everything to the dot were perfect. It gave me great confidence just because of this file to attend the visa interview knowing that my employer has a very strong profile.
So, if any of you are in a similar condition like I was and looking for a good company in the US to shift to and dont know what to expect from a new company, I would like to vouch for Conch Technologies as the experience has been very good and they ensure your long term stability in the US.

commentI am a Masters Graduate from Dec 2013 and I came to know about Conch through a friend who is working there. As a fresh graduate, I was weighing my options and talking to friends and trying to understand the benefits of all possible companies. My main reasons why I zeroed in on Conch Technologies, Inc.
1.They always pay on time.
2.They are e-verified.
3.They gave me all the letters I wanted to submit to my university.
4.They gave me advance even though I was a new employee and trusted me and helped me through my initial financial troubles.
5.They were clear on the terms and conditions from day one.
6.They took care of H1 sponsorship fees.
7.You talk to everyone including the CEO of the company and you know they are trustworthy.
This is my personal experience and keeping in mind all the insecurities I had as a fresh graduate. I am lucky to find a good consulting firm in my first attempt.

commentCompany is an absolute nightmare to work for. They have managed to flout every rule cleverly in the book and get away with it. They treat their employees like slaves and will resort to arm twisting to get consultants to stay on. Some of the unethical practices I have seen:
1) They will show the consultants a doctored purchase order with one billing rate and keep the actual one the vendor sends with them so that they can increase their margins.
2) They will ask you to sign a contract on work visa, H1-B and will be utterly uncooperative if you land a full-time position and decide to move on.
3) If you land a full-time while you are employed with them, they will ask you to pay money to get your visa document. This happens to be illegal too.
4) They will hold a certain portion of your paycheck ransom.
5) They will NEVER give your visa document( Highly Illegal as per USCIS rules), so think twice about joining.
6) They will call at given time of the day, even when you are in a client location and talk to you in the most condescending and rude manner if things go south with billing rates with vendors.
They are guilty of getting their administrative staff to write positive reviews of them so they can present a rosy picture of the company.
However, if you are in a project, they will pay you on time, answer your calls any given time of the day and find projects with very little turnaround time. If are looking to gain some experience and move on This is definitely not the place for you !!.

Am not one of the person to comment/write reviews,but I felt like sharing this message to all the ambitious and skilled people who wants to fulfill there dreams here in United States and looking for good employment source.
I have been associated with conch technologies for more than 3.5 years.This company is awesome to work,Very fair to employees,they respect your opinions or decisions in choosing the projects and guide/help you in best way they could to find you a good job unlike any other companies.I never had any sort of issues with conch in personal or professional way.
Top filing on h1b visas and 99% chances to get stamped on h1b and good processing for GC.I never had any issues with the percentage or pay.You would be paid well on what you deserve for that project rate they get hourly.
I highly recommend you to take conch technologies into consideration when your searching for good employees because I was ditched by another consulting company in the beginning of my career and before joining conch technologies and feel I took the right decision being a part of conch.

commentConch technologies is one of the best companies in today's IT market. I was working with conch since 2010 and no issues so far. They do what they promised to you. Never had a salary delay for any reasons. Management is always available to address the employee issues.
Very supportive and help us in the way of perfect documentation and in times they will give excellent moral support to keep us moving forward.
I strongly recommend this company for any new H1B aspirants or for any transfers.

I have been working with them since 2007 and my experience with them is always wonderful.They provide the required training always, to keep the employees up to date on technologies. They have highly experienced HR & marketing department who will help with the placement. I never had to worry about my legal status and they provided good paper work when I went for my visa stamping and helped with my GC filing. Pay stub is always on time.They are always available to help the consultant in case of issues.I STRONGLY recommend Conch for anyone starting or looking for a change in career.

commentI have been with Conch Tech as a BA for 7 years now and without a doubt I can say Conch is one of the best IT consulting companies out there. When it comes to money matters they are extremely honest and I never felt like I have been had in all my years with them. And also, unlike most consultants out there where money is the only relationship between an employer and the employee, the owners are very good guys who are always willing to help out their employees. An employee can definitely count on them if he/she were to get into any sticky situation related to the visa and they will try their best to resolve it. They have been good at placing me with clients also. I was never without a contract for longer than 4/5 weeks. The dedicated recruiters also work hard in this regard. They also help an employee with the housing details whenever he/she moves to a new place. Overall I am very pleased with Conch and I would highly recommend them.

commentI have been working for Conch since 2004. It's been a wonderful experience all these years. Company provided me required training during my early years and has allowed me to take necessary courses/training in between.
I never had to worry about my legal work status as the company has taken care of H1-B filings, extensions, Visas etc in a timely fashion. HR department has always been thorough and provided me with all the required documentations needed to show the authorities (for Visa Interviews etc).
Salary has always been competitive even during recession period.

commentFor those folks looking out for a new IT career or move to a better IT oppurtunity, you will not find a better company to work with. I joined the company in 2005 and been with them ever since, I admire the founders helpful demeanor, the ethical and moral standards they uphold.
If you are a international job seeker or a US graduate, the company has all the resources to help you with training, job placement and continuing career support. The company also has dedicated resources to manage and expedite H1B, labor certifications and permanent residence.
The company has excellent full time recruiters that have strong relationhips built with major IT companies and software professional servicers. I would highly recommend CONCH to anyone out there looking to better there career.

commentI joined this company in 2004, helped me with professional grade business analysis training which helped me to start a new career path and absolutely prompt in Immigration related paperwork which includes but not limited to - H1B, Renewals, LCA, Labor, I-140, I-485 . NEVER missed my paycheck even with delay from Client side(I should highlight this fact as some IT consulting companies do delay downstream with any in the upstream).
Recruiting and HR team are friendly and help you with every step in the process as needed/requested.

I can see the satisfaction in him for having a good dependable boss and in this market that is all you need. commentConch Technologies, Inc treats H1B employees excellent and they do not cheat with 80-20% gambling. They do pay excellent pay rates and they do what they promise. I would recommend this company to any one looking for H1B sponsorship!! They do NOT take any money from Beneficiary to file H1B.
