commentThese Idiots By pass your candidates. If you submit them your candidates ( GC / Citizen / OPT ) who don’t need sponsorship , they will tell you that the candidate is not shortlisted. Then they contact the consultant and ask them to work for them directly else they can not offer this position. If the candidate is an H1 they try to transfer the candidate. They are worst in this industry. They are running this business which should run on faith , just by cheating the vendors.
We have lost 2 candidates like this and we came to know late about this. Don’t believe this company , don’t work with them. They are the worst people to work with. There are lot of leagal issues pending on this company and this company will go bankrupt soon. They do not pay the vendors on time. They drag and drag and they don’t respect court orders also. They do not answer to collection agents ( collection attorneys ). They are the worst in this industry.
My suggestion to all the employees / vendors working with this company is , don’t work with them. Don’t believe them , they are cheaters. They cut you out , they are the cheap. I think they are the cheapest in this industry.
Shubhendra Varma has trained his employees this crooked thing of bypassing the vendors, cheating employees, giving wrong billing rates to the employees all kinds of Fraud activities. Time has come for them to pay back. There are lot of complaints pending against them with USCIS, DOL and ICE. They will go to jail one day, that day is very near.

commentI was scheduled for an interview a month ago at a prestigious company and I got soo excited because the job description matched very good with what I was looking for
A day before the interview, I called them but there was no response. I decided to drive for an hour for the interview which they had scheduled for me and sent an email of where to go. I went to the company and at the reception, I said I had an interview, and they were, What??? We are not conducting interviews!!!! The receptionist made calls to various departments and confirmed there was no interviews which were being conducted that day. I tried calling the agency but no response. After calling for several times, someone answered and when I told her/ him about the interview, she disconnected the phone and never answered again. I went home very upset!!!!

The days that he spoke of for the interview came and left. Several emails and phone calls and still no response.
Of working in IT for 15 years, this is by far the worst company ever.
