I have never seen such a shamless person( DHC ) in my enitre life, he takes our money , he deeply hesitates to give it to us, he makes you to begg for your life. and the thing is he dont have a single company on his name, he even registered a company on his wifes name but not his. employees are like salves to him. thers is no Hr department,no accounts departments, DHC will only take care of them after you make 100's of calls/msgs, no mmater what situation you are in he dont even care,
he thinks he can talk to President of america directly,
he can spend thousands of dollars(your salary) on movie stars trips but he wont give your money on time.
He wont do direct deposists, if it is pay date, he sends his followers to deposite the salary checks on 4:50 (bank closing time is 5 clock), we dont even know how much salary he is runing on your profile.
he dont do LCA Amendments.
recently one of his employee went to India for his H1 visa,
DHC IS PERSON,WHO ENJOY LAST MINUTES.
his employee have interview at 11 clock, DHC suppose to send pay slips and W2 documents to this guy, so that this guys can take them to interview , do you know what time he gave documents to this guy, on the day of the interview at 8 clock he sends,if he he gave documents 2 hours before the interview, how this guys can take the xerox and take them to interview, what in the hell this DHC was doing all proir days.
at last interviwer ask him to submit some documents regarding the company, this guy went and requesting DHC ,about the documents,he refused to give them,
AS A RESULT THIS GUY LOST HIS VISA, HE IS IN INDIA NOW. HE IS NOT COMING BACK TO USA.
who ever stays now in the company go and ask your (director/hr/accountant ) Person.
He is holding Econtent/Ea team/EA LEARN/software enterpise /ibrain/ ip hiehgt(this is another back stab story ,if you know any previous employes you can ask them,bileve me DHC can do the things that humans cant do.)

commentThis is absolutely a phony company! They are purely into pimping business. I no of none who has had courteous exit. They talk about "higher management - lower management" where the fact is it's a 2 people company!! All the best to those who are aspiring to join Extremely Sick Suckers (ESS) - that's how employees knw the company!
- 9/12/2012 - There is not ONE bad about this company, everything is bad. Very poor Management they do not know how to maintain the employee relationship, for them employee are slaves. Management do not know to organize the workflow properly, hence always leads to failure. Very less wages . HR dept hibernates, I some times wonder if this dept does exist. Please do not fall for there lies (especially be careful with Manish Mehra & Gopal). -
