commentPlease review the below points before joining this company.
When they hire to do H1 transfer they do lots of good commitments about on time process of GC, Transparent PO,re-location etc but when real time comes scene is totally different.
They will never ever share your rates and cutting 25% from the billing rate what they told. Not having good clients in hands only few. You have to find projects yourself. You cant even reach out Kris for any critical times.
They would say they will share I 140 approval but they never share anything no documents and ask for signing bonds for 18 months.
lot of fake commitments while hiring , after joining you would see the real face of the company. In my personal experience i see lot of employees are really fed up with admin team.

commentI was with this company and left it becoz of below points
1. when they hire to do H1 transfer they do lots of good commitments abt on time process of GC, Transparent PO,re-location etc but after when real time comes they will only delay process saying different way like we have other candidates waiting ahead you, we have still enough time to process your I 140, our team is busy , by giving this type of reason they will delay your I 140 process 6 to 7 month after your Perm approved.
2. They will never share your rates even one person for marketing not enough if company have to many people.no good marketing ability.
3. Admin team never give you reply until 5 to 6 reminders.
4. they said they will share I 140 approval but they never share anything no documents and ask for signing bonds.
so while hiring all fake commitments do go with this type of company to waste your time
i dont know few people having good exp they have written good things but we have to consider this point also if any one planning to join.
now abt good thing
1. only one thing salary on time no reminder required.

commentA very good company to work with. I worked there almost 2 years. They have good selection process to make sure only deserving candidates are presented before clients. Even I took some interviews for them. H1 process is efficient. No micromanagement from the company so that consultants can focus on client work. Admin is also prompt in replying the queries especially Lupita who is very helpful. GC process is smooth as they know how to handle a tough situation for candidates. Kris is nice and approachable to work with and can help at personal level if needed. I can work with them again in future.

commentNice company to work with. They are very helpful and easy to get along. You can trust the operations and words given to you. Salary was always On time. No delays with H1B filings. Great work ethics with employee expectations to submit timely time-sheets and keeping them informed on how projects are going. They will coordinate with vendors and keep you informed on any upcoming opportunities. You will always feel a personal touch in a professional environment. I would like to work with them again if needed in future.

commentI did not work for Hanusoft. I was in touch with Kris and the team. I had very warm communication/interaction with them. They are not fake, and for sure they do not want anything fake for their benefit. They spent time genuinely to get me on bord, however that did not happen(i was not able to go thru client interviews) and I had to move on.

commentThis company is totally fake ...till last moment these guy will say you that 100% they will file but at the time of filling they least bother to attend your call and pass the very first filling date...dont go with these guys horrible these are they will give u false expectations nothing else and not even file the h1b.

commentI worked with Hanusoft for more than 1.5 years and had a wonderful experience here. As compared to other local consultants out there, Hanusoft is highly reliable and transparent. I never had any problems with my documentation, finding projects, salary etc. Even as i decided to move out of Hanusoft, the transition was hassle free. Good Going Hanusoft!!!

commentI'm very lucky to have Hanusoft as my employer for 4+ years and the time they have supported and helped me from beginning till date.They processed my GC in a well organized way and I could successful go through all the stages without any issues..
I've taken a full-time opportunity with the client due to place preference and other reasons but if any time I want to do contracting in future then I wouldn't think of anybody else but Hanusoft..
This is my honest opinion and all I can say is Hanusoft is one of the best consulting company to work with and Kris is the most sincere,trustworthy and unselfish employer I've ever met till date.
