Great employee benefits, but not all employees seem to be aware of the great fringe benefits available.

commentMy experience has been great.
1. Kept every promise they made. Not easy to get a promise but I could count on their word.
2. Got my GC done in first year. They took care of all without my involvement. Best company, if you want to join and not worry about Visa/GC.
3. Best benefits. I was employed with top offshore company before, but I could see how Horizon benefits are better.
4. Salary was never late.
5. Make sure you use 401K as they have free money coming to you as a match.

commenti am feeling like I am in jail for ever. They wont share i-140 for ever . So you have to keep working here for ever. Do not join and file green card with these guys and you will be struck for ever.
You have no words to say. They treat you like slave. Once they own your i-140 , you have to do anything they like wherever they want you to move , you have to move.
If you have plan to join this company please please ask at least 4 members personally about this company and join. When you join this company they will give you few references with in their company to inquire about them. Dont go by their words . All Drama. Never ever join this company they are more than dictators.
- 1/4/2018 - Thats why we got FOIA act...U can get all ur documents from USCIS or Immigration. No need to wait. FOIA act is beneficial for all of us. Google FOIA and you will get all ur documents free of cost and no need to feel that ur bonded with them. Good luck -

commentThey wont take you money for Filing H1b or Green card.
But they wont share any document not even fedex receipt. They follow all possible reasons to lock you . If they share i-140 to employees , no one may work there. They dont share i140 because they dont even believe their own employees..
Do not join this company. Most dishonest company
- 1/4/2018 - Please use FOIA act to get all ur documents from USCIS/DHS etc. Its free of cost and u need not feel tied to the employer. Good luck -

commentThey handled my L-1 to H-1 filing under quota. Mine was a complicated case. My current L-1 was in bad status before conversion. I almost gave up hope, but this company was able to get it done. I have been working for 8 months. I will update my review after some time. So far so good.

commentBest to stay away from this company as they are fully money minded does not bother to respond to our concerns. Best bet is to stay away as far as psbl. Though they seem highly qualified, I guess an uneducated guy is much better when it comes to dealing with them. Never share crucial documents with the employees. If u need to be taken for a ride then u r welcome and be part of them at ur own risk.

commentI have been a Horizon International employee since 2003 (9 years). They got me green card few years ago. After seeing a lot of consulting companies, I realize that Horizon International is different as it offers stable employment with fixed salaries. I had many instances of not being assigned to a project, but I (and many others I have seen) never have to worry about getting paid. They had always kept their promises, otherwise I would have left them long time ago. This is the best company if you want stable employment and clean green card process.

commentI used to work for this Company. But they were not good. Not responding properly to the Employees.They were nice until I change my Visa to them. They behave very badly If they know we are laving that company. No professional ethics with the upper management. Stay away from this Company.
