In the leaked cable dated Oct 2009 and released by WikiLeaks on 24 April 2011, the U.S. Consul in Chennai said in the India Biannual Fraud Update, “Fraudulent civil documentation is common in India, both in terms of documents that have been fabricated outright, and documents issued improperly. (U.S. diplomatic) posts see a myriad of fraudulent documents, including fake civil registry documents, counterfeit entry/exit stamps and third-country visas, employment letters, sponsorship and financial documents, bogus degrees and entrance examination scores, and altered marriage and site photographs.

commentThey stopped processing green card and no salary hikes.
They stopped hiring H1b visa holders and only hiring GC and Citizens.
Their new business model is to hire old aged GC holders, Citizens. One of the recent joinee in the team has no IT experience and been working as cashier in gas station and now placed in this company.
All the work is allocating to offshore folks only.

they are hiring all retired, old aged GC holders and get the work done at offshore.
they are placing "bodies" at onshore and get the work from offshore. this is the new model.

commentThey do fake promises on honoring Green card beyond 6 years and at the end of 6th year you will be sent back to India. I working with them for close to 11 years and thats how you are valued. Stay away if you are looking for Green card.

commentThis company makes you work over time. Pay is very low for onsite consultants. They sponsor H1 for 6 six years, use you to the fullest and ship you back to your home country. Do not process green card even though you are eligible.
