Sala - 8/25/2014 - This company has filed bankruptcy this year 2014, since they lost the case against DOL and USICS has asked to pay the dues back to employees, Now they are running away from the collection agents, Hope they are nabbed, collect all the due payments. Finally the Attorney who has been defending this crook has given up and this company will be listed in the debarred list of H1b's by Aug 2014. Employees please switch to other companies before they stop paying you.

commentIt's being managed by cheaters. Even after taking money also they do NOT apply H1. Forget about your salary...you may need to wait 3 months to get your first pay check.
- 2/25/2013 - yes, thats true, very soon there will be a good relief for people who had encountered with them, There are some good things happening. One good thing is that he doesn't know to speak english and one of his attorney is still representing him. I hope the attorney doesn't get into trouble too. -

flag Former employee - 8/7/2013 - Called the number and asked the officer regarding the case and they confirmed that there is a case pending and soon there will be the outcome, they had asked me few question, If I would like to provide any details or complaints against the company, which would be added to the case. I think everyone who have listed in Desicrunch should call the officer and provide the details. All the employee who have not been paid will get paid very soon. your identity will not be disclosed.

I think everyone should compliant against all companies who charge for green card processing. there is a section for immigration services. Hope this helps everyone who need to collect money from their employer.
Employer - 1/16/2013 - We still fail to understand that why you folks vent out your issues on a public forums. First of all if you are so knowledgeable about immigration laws then why did you pay??? When you want a GC to be processed, there is nothing in the world you will not do and once the employer files/or you get your GC the same employer becomes the villain. What insurance do we have against folks like you who will switch the employer on a heart beat for 1$/2$ without even having a courtesy of keeping us informed. Please check your facts..every company now requires you (Like Collabera, ICS)to pay for the GC processing and once you get the GC, then they require you to stay with the company for a specified period of time before the give back this GC fees. Not to say that the big guys like Infosys, CTZ, Wipro HCL...you name it they don't even easily file your GC. So stop behaving like kids and think rationally. -
