ITC Infotech is a very petty IT company. No one in the Top Management team of ITC Infotech Ltd has ever worked in career IT services or have any global IT vision, the MD is a ex ITC Cigarettes Production Manager who never knew of IT before but tries to run this IT firm as a Cigarette business (their parent business), hence there is too much mismanagement and yes man culture in ITC Infotech. Most likely this company will be shut down over next 1-2 years as the current Top Management is busy fighting internal politics rather than doing business. Extremely unprofessional Management culture, only yes men thrive here who take the company for a ride. Most sincere perfomers leave the company highly demotivated. Recommend joining this IT company only if you are not able to get any other job in the entire IT Industry.
