commentThis is my experience that they told my 140 approval after 2 years. They did not give my 140 approval. my sincere advice for anyone either this company or any company, make sure you are asking to give your own address for 140 approval copy. Before joining any company, make a written letter that they will give you 140 approval copy. if they have told me about my 140 approval on time, i would have got greencard way before when it was current. now i am stuck. this is how cheap they play tricks to keep u with them. worst company. don't join them.

Don't get into the trap of $7 or $8 -

commentfirst year they say they will take only $8 and second year onwards, if you go behind them they may give you $8.
but imagine if your billing is $50/Hr, 50-8 = 42 and 10% of payroll taxes if 4.2 which comes $12.2 is what company taking, which is almost like 25%, which is too high.
On average, if any employer pays 80/20 is decent. but kpk takes too high. or there are so many companies who takes only $6 and sponsor H1 also.

commentUntil you join them, they talk so nicely. Once you join, you have to beg them to answer your questions.they never answer your calls. they never come to office and they never answer your calls on cellphone.

commentThis company is fraud and stay away from them. They misuse young foreign professionals who want to work in US. This company tries to lock employees and never share the correct information. They don't even tell you what title you are working for. They don't even tell what is the title that they used on Labor for GC, what is the priority date, what is the salary.They will try to talk nicely. And if you ask for any of these information, they will cut a lot from your salary and try to keep your money with them.

commentThis is started by very unprofessionals named [Names Removed] and with third person name starting with K. That is how they named KPK and started when these people are not able to get into any job for years because of their poor skillset.
I would prefer to join a company which is atleast started by
professionals who knows the value of job and value of each hour, each day and how hard it is to survive at client place for each penny. They pay very less. They pluck your money.
