commentIts been almost 1 and half year completed with LeadIT, its amazing place to work. I have transferred from different company where i faced lot of payment issues and other issues with employer, and one of my friend referred LeadIT after coming to LeadIT i have no such issues, i am getting paid every 15 days, sometimes surprisingly i am getting payment before 15days, apart from this, management will give gift cards to their employees for holiday session also, its happy to see company remembering each and every employee and sending gift cards. They are very supportive in all terms.

commentIt has been a great journey with Lead IT from past 5 years, i live in Springfield, works for direct client of Lead IT, been to my employer location frequently they are very friendly, paycheck is always on time either 15th or 31st, sometimes got little early also.., no issues at all with my visa extensions all went smoothly, recently they have been audited by USCIS and they were cleared without any issues.

commentI have been working with them for quite long time. A well reputed company with core values and good business ethics. Strong sales forces coupled with excellent leadership. I never seen a director connecting directly with its employee and trying to resolve the issues. No payment issues and friendly and efficient staff. Ready to help anytime. Liked the directors attitude of reaching out people and helping them in possible manner. Would surely recommend this company.

Few words about the Director Ram Talluri, i have never seen anyone with so friends and easy to approach attitude in such a big Role. He used to available for me any time when ever i had issues at work or another area. On time Payment and Bonus for performance.

commentNice trusted IT company which do not create any issues for their employees.
In my experience there is no pay related or any kind of issues so far and I have been with this company for the past 3 and Half years and they are very helpful guys.
Provided guidance and helped me a lot during my tough times finding job.
Company's marketing team is great and this company has good ethical values.
