Microsoft is a great employer. The culture is right. They treat employees well.

I like Microsoft culture

I had a friend working in their business division in NC, but he said their department never hires h1b.
Their recruiters are actually not Microsoft employees, but contractors from other agency. They like brain teaser. Technical interview are not so difficult.
