I have worked for 6 months with Nalashaa Solutions on fixed salary. When I have requested them for percentage salary and Green Card process they have given me the termination notice and included that termination notice in this review. Please don't spoil your career after joining in this company. Take a wise decision before joining in this company.


Received below termination notice from Nalashaa Solutions: Hello XXXXXXXXXX,
We write to inform you that your employment with Nalashaa LLC has been terminated and your last working day with us will be XXXX XX, XXXX. The termination will be followed by H-1B cancellation. We thank you for working with Nalashaa LLC.

Advice to Management:

Please don't play your dirty politics on innocent consultants who came to USA with lots of hope to survive.

     Galina Kovalchuk - 9/6/2017 - This review contains statements regarding Nalashaa and its business practices which are false, defamatory, and made solely for the purpose of causing damage to Nalashaa. In fact, Nalashaa is an upstanding software development and IT services firm with an excellent reputation. In order to avoid legal action, demand is made that these statements be removed immediately.
Nalashaa has processed many Green Cards for our employees and I am not sure of any case where this has happened. I will be happy to clarify miscommunications, if any from our end. Please write to me at galina@nalashaa.com so that we sort this issue out. - flag
