They do a good communication with you. They have good attorneys, but the funniest part is they dont keep up their words. If at all some thing does not work after they do paper work, they will ask you to pay expenses for the paper work done even if you are not joining the project. Crazy. These days even after filing H1 transfer consultant has his own liberty to join them or simply pass, how can one pay expenses.

Overall I did not feel them as reliable. They send communications from their gmail id's which is not corporate culture.

But compare to previous years now they are good in team, legal.

These people are not at all professionals. For h1b filling they are blood suckers..
From January they will hold you by saying that 100% they will file but at closing time they will deny from their words..

Please do not go with this consultancy..

NOt sure on what basis as they said because of less experience but looks like they are taking freshers...!!!

I have opted this consultancy for my wife's H4 to H1 conversion. Who was your point of contact from NCG. Till now, they are fine with me and going ahead with the filing.

Could you please give me the exact reason they denied to do your H1.

For people yet to decide whether to process h1b with ncg, my personal advise is please try some other consultancy/company, stay away from these ppl.

For people who already accepted to process your h1b visa through NCG and if you couldnt/unable to try outside, please make sure you have a written proof of all your questions/clarifications answered from Vice president of NCG (copy everyone you know in NCG in CC).

NOTE: You will find ppl from ncg using only gmail for all official communication.

1) They will tell they have a separate legal team for NCG. Its not true
2) You will not get your pay/salary in correct time.
3) Do you know that you will not get 100% of your salary at the end of month? Ask them, if you dont believe me.
4) Ask them to share all the policy documents. You will not get any document for sure, but when you are cheated and if you ask them, they will tell "its our policy" :(
5) Once your life is screwed and if you planned to leave them, they will play with your remaining salary or with the advance you have given.

There are many things i didnt mentioned, but my simple advise is, please stay away from these ppl.. Again, if you ask these questions, they will speak very well, but i am sure you will realise this after you joined, good luck.

This company houses a bunch of foolish people, they DO NOT have any lawyer, they do everything by themselves.
