The most exciting part is the people I got to know like Bhargav, Bobby and Vasu very good people and down to earth who understand the commitment a new guy puts into his career, you can reach them anytime either by phone or email almost any time. The guest houses are spacious with all amenities and the marketing team is very good.
They give good importance to the candidates and to their carrier.
They also provide consultants with good health insurance coverage after your first placement, which should be very quick.

I think NEMO is the only company in India which has a perfect work and personal life balance. The people whom you work with are amazing out there. They are the definition of what a team is called. I have till date worked with 3 IT companies , I have never come across such company who has all good and selfless people under a same roof. Or may be team for which I was working was amazingly supportive. We stood in unity in client argument, in our successes and in our failure. I think NEMO gave me enough exposure at work. I think here an individual should be responsible for their work and complete them not depending on their leads. There is much scope for work in terms of improvement, automation ,etc.

Pros
There are some good things that Nemo IT is doing right now to keep true to company culture while continuing to expand and grow.
1. Management here really cares about us and our career growth here.
2. Working with a company where people truly believe and value them irrespective of levels makes so much difference. There's so much passion and that really shows across the board.
Cons
1. There aren't too many true cons I can think of right now. Everything I would consider a con would fall under the "growing pains" category.
2. Sometimes due to bad market we may not be able to place faster, But keeping patience and following the guidelines from the company helps to get calls.
Advice to Management
Keep working hard and empowering your employees to keep up the good work. I've seen so much good happening so far and am so excited to be a part of this journey. Don't steer away from the values that made this company what it is today. I see a lot of people with long careers ahead of them at Nemo IT.

commentI am glad to be part of this company. I have been working with this company for long time.
Pros:
Management is plus for this company for its success in the marketing field.
They have a great marketing team.
Very organized and professional.
Salary is market competitive.
I never experienced any delays in my monthly payroll.
Cons:
None to report as i said good place to work.
Advice to Management:
Keep up the great work and continue building a strong team and avoid the negative former employes.
If you wish to join any consulting companies, I suggest candidates to go ahead and work with this company and you will never feel regret for it.

commentI am an employee of Nemo IT Solutions from the past 3 years and so far my experience with them is great. I have referred a few of my friends to this company as well. Here are a few things that I really like about Nemo IT:
1) Vice President and other members of the staff are very friendly, approachable, respond quickly and are committed to accomplish everything as discussed.
2) They have highly talented marketing team with 50+ recruiters.
3) The HR department is very good and provide good documentation for applications to USCIS etc.
4) Pay checks are deposited on-time every month and they offer a competitive pay.
5) They provide high quality health insurance benefits to their employees.

commentI have been with this company fo more than 2 years, and it has been great. I have been paid properly in a timely manner. I have not had any issues. There is a very friendly work environment. Whenever there is an emergency they are attentive and accomodating.

commentNemo It solutions is Clear, Transparent, Honest and Respectful
The most exciting part is the people I got to know like Bhargav, Bobby and Vasu very good people and down to earth who understand the commitment a new guy puts into his career, you can reach them anytime either by phone or email almost any time. The guest houses are spacious with all amenities and the marketing team is very good.
They also provide consultants with good health insurance coverage after your first placement, which should be very quick.

1. You will be trained by certified professionals.
2. Employees will be accommodated (with all amenities) in the guesthouses until they deployed to the client locations.
3. Marketing is completely outstanding since 30+ recruiters are working on your resume.
4. Marketing team always look to improvise your chances by keep tracking your profile submissions.
5. The CEOs are down-to-earth and you can reach them anytime either by phone or email.
6. Relocation Assistance/Financial assistance will be provided if needed.
7. Supportive staff.
8. Great place to begin the career especially for someone who doesn't care much about the pay (still they work with 75-25 and you don't have to bargain at all - EEO).
9. Last but not the least, visa processing should be smooth.

commentIt is a sister concern of Premier IT Solutions, Inc in Richardson, TX. Both offices are in one building. Big time cheaters. Be careful. Don't get trapped. Stupid guys.
