Overview
Update(2/21/25): In the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, Nityo Infotech did not file any labor petitions for H-1B visas, green cards, or any requests for prevailing wage determination.
Main Office: Plainsboro, NJ -
NAICS Industry: Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
H-1B Dependent: No -
Willfull Violator: No
Nityo Infotech Corporation filed 6 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 0 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Nityo Infotech was ranked number 23,721 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, all petitions were certified!
Before Nityo Infotech can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Nityo Infotech. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.
The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Nityo Infotech submitted 6 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.
The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

commentNityo Infotech is one of the worst companies I've worked for, they lack integrity and honesty. Good that I have experienced this in starting of my career, got an idea that even people in higher positions in these staffing companies can go this low. I can be extra careful when switching companies.
I do not recommend this company.

commentApplied under their portfolio company HackerTrail.
After a 1 face-to-face group interview, I was offered the role with full details of salary and benefits package. Requested additional time to come back to them on whether I would be accepting the offer, but my request was cut short. As with any job application, the imbalance of power of course meant that I had to accept these terms.
In the meantime, I had to turn down all the other offers that had been waiting for me, as they were also pressing me for a reply.
Provided all data requested to HR, including references and even a copy of the contract from my current job as they didn't believe the bonus stipulations in my current role when I told them verbally.
Took them a week to reply back after I had agreed to their offer (they, on the other hand, liked to say things like "we don't like wasting time", yet took very long to respond to any of my messages) and they ultimately rescinded the offer.
Back to the drawing board of months of multiple interviews.
Dodged a big bullet with this company! Strongly would not suggest applying to it unless you are OK to take the risk of being reconsidered. Hold on to your other offers and ghost them if you find something fishy/something else better because they have NO qualms about doing the same to you!
Ridiculous mismanagement, given that they are a recruitment firm themselves. What a joke and a waste of time.

commentHi audiences.
Writing this review so that this can be helpful for someone who is thinking to join this company. This is a worst company don't even think about joining this company. They dont think of supporting the employees. They delay in making the payments on time and not at supportive when you are in need of the service from them which they should be doing as employer.
Forget about getting a visa stamping through this company. One of my friend got struck in India as this company haven't provided the required documents and her career is completely screwed. My 2 cents dont join the company at all.
