commenti have great experience working with nuvento. Nuvento pays the salaries by the end of the month. I never see any delay pay checks from my last 4 years experience with Nuvento.
I realy admire the commitment of the Nuvento Management on the promises made to the employees. Nuvento filed my green card immediately and they are very proactive in the non immigrant matters.
I strongly recommend Nuvento for all of those who are looking for better prospects in their career.

Of course getting the salary on time is important as well...that's the responsibility of the employer...nothing official about it... -

commentI have been with Nuvento LLC for over 3 years and its been really a good experience working here. The management is good and very approachable for every employee. I never had any issues with my Paystubs or Visa. I would certainly recommand Nuvento to anyone looking for a better opportunity.

commentNuvento is a great employer. The culture is right. They treat employees well. Its a great company where you can find highly technical people and high level quality work. Attractive packages and health benefits.
womanyj - 10/12/2012 - Having experience working in this company, I would suggest prospective employees to think twice or even more before accepting an offer. May be you will get the pay on time. But just as an example, if you can get may be 60$ an hour or comparable salary, I would prefer that even if the paycheck gets delayed by a day or two rather than getting say 25$/hr or a very less salary on time. This is just an example...if in any case you decide to join, my only advice is to ensure that the salary you accept is written loud and clear (as a sure and definite salary) on the offer letter - not as a fixed component and a bonus...LLCs, employment at will etc have no liability and are free to do whatever they want..now the market is very good and there are so many good companies ready to welcome you with a red carpet... -

commentI used to work with Nuvento earlier. It is a great place to work. Management is very transparent, open to new ideas and very encouraging. Salary was paid on time every time.

commentAfter working with a couple of employers and living hand to mouth awaiting the green card I have found this employer. Very good work place and more over salary is paid before 1st of every month irrespective of billability. I would recommend this employer.
