commentI've been working in the firm from November 2017. I've nothing but good things to talk about Param Consulting Services. There is a good support from HR department. I got my Visa transferred without any RFE. The salary is being paid on time. Overall it is a good place to work.

commentThey are Biggest Fraud. They just say in word oh they will provide job and all. Even they don’t have proper technical recruiter team. Payment part they are not give good salary and all. Most of time they say oh they are working with direct client but they don’t have single direct client. Biggest Fraud Company. I will never recommend any one to go.

commentGreat work life balance. They care about our happiness and always very flexible. They pay very well by industry standards. They are very loyal to their employees. You are never treated like just another person working there. Definitely the company is small so it is not always capable of playing in the same market as some of the bigger companies in the market. This is the only con at the moment. Otherwise it is a wonderful place to have a career.
Absolutely great company to work for. They pleasure their employees and staff with the greatest of respect. Keep up the good work.

I took IOS training few months ago which is a instructor based class. The course was constructed excellently and the instructor was quite brilliant.

I take this opportunity to describe my overall experience with H1B stamping. Thanks to Vipul, Prashant and Shubha for making it smooth process.
While filing H1B in March, Prashant Ji and Shubha Ji took care all my documentation was completed in timely manner. It was very easy for me also as I did not have to travel to iselin office frequently and everything was taken care by Param.
I received RFE and again Prashant Ji collected all data from me through emails and coordinated the same with Attorney. My RFE was filed in timely manner with proper response to all queries.
When I received aproval for my petition I was already in India. Getting stamping from India for first time when you do not have Job in US is always difficult. But Vipul Ji and team made it happen. I was fortunate to get project in US while staying in India and then Param had to file amendment to my petition. All this was very nicely done with proper planning and coordination.
I received my petition documents at my Mumbai address. Now I had to go through all documents. Vipul Ji helped me understanding all documents and Shubhaji and Prashant Ji were always available to answer my queries through emails/ Phone calls. Whole team was available to help me any time.
Finally I appeared for my interview and because of team effort from Param I got it through very easily.
Thank You all for getting me through all this and getting my visa stamped.

commentI have been with them for a few months now. The way they dealt with the H1B and documentation etc., was very professional. They helped a lot and were returning calls and emails as and when needed. They generate proper pay slips through the ADP and there is no hiding in the salary what we get. We discussed our percentage and things look good for a long stay.

commentI have been with them for a few years now. They helped a lot and were returning calls and emails as and when needed. They have very good relationship with vendors and clients. I transferred my H1B to this company in 2006 and since than I experience very professional treatment.Their paper work related to H1B and GC is very clean. HR, Immigration and recruiters are very helpful.

commentI have seen couple of review which seems to me inappropriate as per my experience with PARAM. I went to them at December 2009 after disappointed from 4 different consulting firms. I don't have any complain against them, they all were trying hard for me. But didn't get any project.
When I came to Param they want me to join QA training besides they starts my marketing. Honestly speaking I didn't wanted to join but they insist me and give me option to don't pay until I get a project. Finally I decided to join as I was very frustrated after working hard to get projects. Training was excellent and enough to boost up my confident. Within a two weeks of training I got a project at January 2010 which is still running. I could say its a turned out my life changing decision.I got my H1B approval last year and doing good towards my career goals. If I didn't joined training I would say " I might not achieve whatever I already got.
I referred two friends of mine and they both got a projects before two months.
So my experience says that its a overall very good company and I always recommend them.

commentI would like to recommend all who seeks a good career. Since I joined I never ever think about my immigration side and career achievements. I was working in gas station and they change my career, they trained me and get me on project. I am working in one of the best top notch company. I get 25 times more income than gas station. I referred so many friends here and they all get better career till now. I don't know why people blaming on such a good and image clear company. But I confidently say that this is life changing place. Just Try it.

Honestly I would recommend PARAM. I never need a lawyer for my any immigration process. I got a job in first week when I arrived US and till date I never had to look for my career improvement. -

commentThis is the best company I will recommend to people. In 2007 it was beceause of economy went down, all major US companies were in crisis. Despite that this company has kept all the promises with current all people. I am working for this company since last 5 years. It is all open and fair company. All people also very co-operative and best of hearts. I have not seen any one going out of this company in last 3 years. As far as Immigration records are concern they are always the best. They are IMAGE company means all standards are satisfactorily followed.
Full points for Param. I am proud of being part of them.
